Happy Shoe Purchase!

I wandered in this store after seeing the exact loafers my father wanted in the window. I simply walked in asked for the specific shoe in the color and size I wanted. Luckily... read more

I wandered in this store after seeing the exact loafers my father wanted in the window. I simply walked in asked for the specific shoe in the color and size I wanted. Luckily one of my traveling companions wears the exact size my dad does. They fit him wonderfully and I bought them. When I told them owner they were... More

I think the owner is a bit protective over his shoes, we entered to browse and he did look straight at my footwear and when I was looking at some shoes inside he came straight over and stood right next to me and watched like a hawk. However the shoes were lovely and a lot are their own brand, made... More

I dont' know where these negative reviews are coming from. I visited Rolando's about 3 weeks ago while vacationing in Italy. The salesperson that waited on me was so nice and helpful. I purchased a pair of Ferragamo shoes. Great experience!

I found the owner to be lovely and helpful. I bought a pair of beautiful loafers by the family's own name and they are extremely well made and comfortable. I wish I had bought another pair!

My husband was looking for some new shoes. We stumbled upon this shop and walked in. I looked around at the shoes and my husband saw a pair he liked. The owner immediately guessed his size and my husband tried them on. They look like they are very high quality. Made by the owners father right in Bellagio. We purchased... More

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I were vacationing in Italy. We were in this store which has many beautiful shoes. I did not see the sign that says do not touch and was rudely scolded by the man who seemed like the owner. I left quickly as I did not mean to offend anyone.... More

We wandered into this shop by chance during our visit to Bellagio. Some of the shoes on display looked really nice and fairly priced. While browsing in the shop we noticed quite a selection of Ferragamo shoes but also some carrying the shops own brand - Rolando. The leather quality and finishes if anything were just as good but at... More

Had same experience with same man. There is an overall issue in this town. This was our second trip to Bellagio. I remembered that they (merchants) are very perticular about your presence in their shop. And yes, they act as if you are an intruder. I never touch anything and was scolded for pointing in a jewelry shop. I saved... More

After window shopping and prepping to spend some euro's we started to walk into the store, only to be confronted by what we assume to be the owner. He proceeded to tell us that everything was in the window & we could shop from there. After reading the other reviews now I know why! I'm happy to spend my money... More
