We spent about 2 hours here one morning and it was very pleasant. It's quite cheap compared to other attractions in Bellagio and around Lake Como. Really nice and quiet if you go in the morning, and there's a lovely picnic spot if you want to take some lunch. Worth a visit if you're in the area,

I will be honest, being at Melzi in mid to late June cost us the opportunity to see what was surely a magnificent show a month earlier. Looking at the size and quantity of the azalea and rhododendron bushes gave a good sense of what must have been clouds of color for those fortunate enough to have visited then. Nonetheless,... More

This villa is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel Metropole. The gardens are just stunning, your ticket lasts the whole day so you can walk through and out the other side and come back again later, all on the same ticket. It is so peaceful walking around the gardens, and the little Japanese garden is gorgeous. Very well kept... More

At the south end of town after you get off of the ferry. Melzi is a large, groomed property you pay to see that has an amazing variety of well-cared for flora!

Amazing place to relax once you've had your lunch while visiting lago di como. You walk in the park, while having the opportunity to enjoy the water and the mountains in the distance. The palace was great as well, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We visited several gardens on Lakes Maggiore and Como and this was our favourite, partly because of the magnificent display of acers and hostas by the koi pond, but also because of its longer vistas and magnificent trees. Very well kept and well worth the entry fee.

Nice to walk around the garden away from the traffic. It was a lovely day when we walked here. I felt for what it was it was overpriced.

What a relaxing day! Bring water because it gets hot out there in June, and the gardens are quite large. Take your time and stroll through the many things to look at, like the pond with the beautiful Koi fish.
