Having visited Villa Carlotta the previous day, we were unsure whether to visit 'another' garden. However we were not disappointed, this was well the visit, an very well kept and interesting garden on several levels, offering lovely over the lake.

We went on a beautiful summer day, so the walk was pleasant. Take time to enjoy the detais and take as many pics as possible. The view to the lake is awesome. We spent hours there, just sitting, talking and enjoying the views.

The gardens provide a well sculpted, well maintained diversion on the shores of Lake Como, with interesting features such as a small pagoda and 'cave' and fishpond, which are intriguing for children and adult visitors alike. Good value for money and a good way of walking south along the coast from Bellagio if you are staying in the town and... More

This is a stunning way to see what is probably the best views on Lake Como. The gardens are really beautiful and there are lots of little parts to explore but I loved looking out from this part of the lake. Worth a look.

Well worth a visit, and entry fee not too bad. The gardens are beautiful and maintained really well. The Villa is beautiful, just a shame you can't go in. You could come and go as you pleased as long as you kept your ticket so value for money.

Worth buying a two day ticket for an extra 1.50€ - It usefully can be used on non-consecutive days and makes the gardens better value. The guide book is also very good. Shuts at 6.30pm.

Easy access from Bellagio (10 minute walk) Small entrance fee - very relaxing to sit and admire the views. Nice grounds to stroll around. No access to interior of the villa but the grounds are the main attraction.

Short walk from bellagio. You have to pay to enter but amazing views and location. It would be a romantic setting for a picnic. We spent sometime looking around and then carried walking slightly down the coast for a swim on a remote pebbled beach. Keep your ticket so that you can walk back though the gardens. We have already... More

These gardens are easily reached by walking along the lake edge from Bellagio towards the fishing village of Loppia. It is a privately owned villa which means you can only visit the garden, but you get very close to the villa itself and can take photos of its exterior if you wish. It is a very pretty garden with a... More

Enjoyed visiting this garden as ideal for gentle walk around or for sunbathing or sitting admiring the stunning lakeside views. Beautifully maintained flowers shrubs and manicured lawns surrounding a villa which was not open to the public. Popular destination, but did not feel crowded at all. Great value parkland/ gardens at price of 6 Euro's and open daily till 5pm.
