This museo is the historical Villa Tigullio, residence of the family Spinola, and situated in the Casale Park, and is opened since 1990; it was a Manufactory and had produced high quality laces, for more than 50 years; there is a shop with Museums books and catalogues.

This is a very interesting and fascinating museum which gives one a snapshot into past of Rapelo especially the lace making which now only three people are left who are able to do this slow and intricate work of art. So beautiful and delicate. Yes you can buy it in the main square in an old family shop. Do so while you still can. Lovely grounds round the museum..
