On via babuino in Rome there is a pizzeria/restaurant With some sidewalk seating. This is on between the Spanish steps and piazza del poppolo Just skip this overly tourist, very mediocre to poor food that is an overpriced trap. Made the mistake of stopping for a quick slice of pizza well going back to hotel. First unlike any pizzeria place in Rome or for that matter in Italy, the The proprietor refused to cut an extremely large piece of pizza in half making the cost of one slice of pizza almost €10 And way too much for one person.. And it was not that good- Doughy with no taste He also made the mistake of presuming I did not understand Italian which I do so I didn’t appreciate his comments about tourists.. Definitely a place to pass if in this area

Via del Prione is the main pedestrian shopping area in La Spezia. There are many shops and cafes around. The covered market space had been cleansed after morning business section. Overall, the place is nice to stroll around during your visit there.

This is a shoppers mecca as that is what predominately occupies this main pedestrian thoroughfare. Most cities have one so this was nothing special.
