Italy has a proud naval history and portrays this through this naval museum. Excellent exhibitions and artefacts are on display. Many of these are the original equipment used by the navy. Well worth a visit by anybody that is interested in naval history.

The museum it is very interesting due to the kind of material exposed however there isn't much care and details in exposition notes. The location is also in the heart of the town with all the limitations related to parking

Practically every exhibit is in Italian. The sculpture garden was a meaningful contrast the the weapons of war in the museum. Takes less than 1/2 hour to tour entire museum because of the language problem.
