Okay, for 1.5Euro (or as part of your day pass), the ride and view cannot be beat. I was expecting that we could access some of the walled forts nearby, but "nearby" is more like a 1 hour walk, and although we did ramble along...More

Why are Trip advisor heading this with a large price tag when it is under €2 return, easy to find and easy to use.? The trains are small and well used. Go on your own and enjoy

A great way to travel up the hills to get a wonderful view of the city. My visit, being a wet and very wintry day, also included a wee period of snow flurries... regular timetable of service and tickets are easy from the machine.

Does what it says on the tin. Nice little funicular railway, cheap and cheerful, takes 15 minutes. Nice was to see some great views over Genova.

All over Genoa 1.60 EUR will buy you 100 minutes of travel. It runs every 15 minutes so you could go up and down this funicular and still have time for a bus ride! There is a viewing platform at the top station. For the...More
