Really nice helpful lady in here with good English skills. I would ask her to feed back to the city council. CLEAN UP the old part of the city. It is horrible and full of graffiti.

If you are on the main square, than you can find it easily. They are very friendly, but besides a city map - with a lot of information - they don't have any othe touristic brochure.

For 4 Euros, you can rent an audio guide which will allow you to easily take in the major sights of the old city. You can do this at your own pace, stopping for as long as you want. You follow a small map with numbered stops; the guide is easy to use. Allow at least 2 hours; there are... More

Very helpful staff here. The Audio-guide tour is very interesting and takes you to places you might otherwise miss. A good idea at the beginning of your stay in this lovely city with such a fascinating history. Not overly complex! Great that you can use it all day, so plenty of time for breaks, better than a guided tour on... More

There are no signs directing travelers to this office but once in the main square you can spot it on a corner. The staff are helpful, though a little weary. There is no WiFi. There is a great walking tour for €9, starting at 10.30am, in English and Italian. The guide used a microphone which was helpful, though the feedback... More

The walking tour run by the Trieste Tourist Office was great. It lasted 2 hours and took you to some of the most important historical buildings in Trieste. The guide, Alessandra, was very knowledgeable and did the tour in Italian and English. As it was really hot she made sure we were in the shade as much as possible which... More

Found this office just off the main piazza. They offer a 2 hour self-guided audio tour for 4 euros. The tour was fascinating & revealing and really enhanced our visit to Trieste. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the guided tour (in English as well as Italian). It lasts a couple Of hours and gives a very nice overview Of the main sites and key historical facts and characters. I would reccommend it on the first Day Of your stay. Our was at 10.30 in the morning. I am not sure if there is more... More

Easy to find, only two people on three counters, did not know the timetables and various routes of (tourist-)ships in Trieste. Otherwise very helpful. Lots of leavelets and maps.
