Interesting overview of our ability to inflict pain and suffering on each other. Number of items to look at labelled in 3 languages including English. Wish it had been a little lighter as would have easier to see but worth a visit.

So my wife wasn't super into the museum, but I had looked forward to it immensely, maybe because I just love history and the study of human behaviour. We saved this museum for last (mainly because it is near the entrance to the city); it...More

Saying you "like" this museum feels odd, but it is certainly very informative and gives you terrible insight into how horrible people can be to people.

One thing makes this museum so memorable. The lengths that human beings go to inflict the maximum pain, suffering and damage to another human being. I wonder if we have evolved at all.

Nice and creative idea, but poor organisation. No sound, no route directions, bad organisation scenes (for example, you can not find right place to see the whole scene)

This was an unexpected surprise. It's well signposted on the way from the bus station up to the towers, so I made a note of it when I returned if I had time, and luckily I did. The lady at the front desk spoke English...More

The Museum to me is a must! Authentic torture devices on display from hundreds of years ago. Inexpensive entry, takes a little time or a long time. We took about an hour. Also in San Marino I got great deals on a leather purse, a...More
