Despite initially thinking this place was childish....we went in. Glad we did. It wasn't childish it made you feel young. The sunshine helped but the wander through and the attention to detail was wonderful. We had so much fun finding the models of all the...More
Something like Italy In Miniature wouldn't normally be at the top of my list of priorities if I were visiting a place, but we saw the sign while driving by and thought we'd have a look. It was on the pricey side (23 euros admission)...More
It's a really relaxing theme park, have lots of facilities and services, food unnecessary expensive and several models scale really needs some maintenance, as well Venice, sweet idea to going around with a small boat but needs a good clean up!!
Overall the place is good with a lot of miniature buildings to look at. I thought the entry price was a little high for what you get and a number of the attractions have paint peeling off and some of the interactive buttons didn't work....More

Thank you for visiting Italia in Miniatura and for devoting your time to a detailed feedback. We do appreciate it.

The Orange 3 days ticket allows travel between any zones ? I want to go from Miramare to Viserba, to Italy in miniature , to Catollica. It " Allows you to travel within the whole area of Rimini province". I don't understand the difference between " town" and "province" in this case.

San Marino and Italy in Miniature (15 Replies)
I read that San Marino and Italy in Miniature are places not to be missed when visiting the Cattolica area. I would like to know if San Marino is easy to reach from Cattolica and where is Italy in Miniature to be found. According to the report San Marino is just like a little Italian 'Trumpton' with cute little soldiers parading each day! Also I would like to know if the Swans with the eyes that light up in the dark are still swimming on the little pond at the sea front. I have promised...More

Glaslass San Marino is easily reached from Cattolica . All travel agents sell the same trip which is a half day for shopping. There is another smaller company who will arrange a smaller more personalized tour and which will also allow you to visit a Ferrari collection too. Cute little soldiers-----there are 2 on duty outside the main town hall building in the square----and yes they occassionaly move their buts!!! There is another one who stands in the sentry box as you arrive in San Marino...More
