This museum is tucked away upstairs in the Universita di Parma - follow the signposts from the Sala del Colonne and you won't be disappointed. Set out over two rooms on the first floor this is a treasure trove of preserved animals - a testimony to the fine arts of taxidermy and collecting bugs, bones and all things 'odd'. I was totally fascinated anyway but maybe not for the faint hearted but I'll bet that lots of children would love this.

Completely unknown inside a law university. Super complete and fascinating. For people who love sciencie and want to try something not touristic I recommend this one. Btw: not for sensible people (preserved animals) A LOT
