We spent a day with this company visiting the parmesan cheese factory, Parma ham production as well as a Balsamic Vinegar place and it was outstanding. Angelo was extremely friendly and very very informative. He explained all the manufacturing process in great detail and we got to sample top quality products at every spot. The tour group was small which allowed for more interaction with Angelo. They mention every detail in advance and there are no hidden costs. The lunch at the vineyard restaurant was delicious and one of the best food we had in Italy. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.Must do if your in Parma

We had an amazing food tour with Angelo as our guide. He is extremely knowledgeable on all things food, wine, and Parma! Due to COVID, tours and tourists have been very limited, but thankfully, Angelo arranged for us to visit a parmigiano reggiano caseificio (cheese factory) and a traditional family production of balsamic vinegar (acetaia). Afterward, we took the scenic route, with beautiful views of the hills near Parma, to a restaurant in the Castello di Torrechiara. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to all my friends!

We had an excellent culinary experience with Angelo, a most knowledgeable, charming and highly professional tourist guide, who speaks a fluent English. We spent a full day, going through production and tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma (melting in the mouth) and aceto balsamico (probably not even near to what you are used to…) The light lunch in the agriturismo restaurant located on a top of a hill overlooking a wonderful Lombardian scenery was just perfect to complete this excellent experience. Thank you Angelo ! 🎩

Angelo made this day one of the best on our trip. From the cheese to the prosciutto and balsamic vinegar tours, he didn’t disappoint. The food was simply amazing especially the lunch we had at the agro tourismo. The view and spot itself was one to make you want to stay there for days. Angelo is very knowledgeable and he is also the sweetest man you will meet. We would recommend this tour 100% to anyone visiting Parma. Its totally worth it!

You could not ask for a better tour guide than Angelo. He is not just a tour guide droning out facts- he is passionate and thoroughly knowledgeable regarding each food production stop that he takes you to. We took the full day tour and enjoyed it immensely including all the samples accompanied by a glass of Prosecco. Lunch in hills surrounding Parmo was delicious and unbelievably scenic. It was also enjoyable to stop for an hour or so to just sit and discuss any topics that came up.
It was a perfect day and what we definitely consider a 5 stary experience from our visit to Italy. Thank you Angelo!!

My wife and I are were on our honeymoon in Italy and this was the most amazing experience of our time here. We did the full day tour and got to taste the most delicious Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma and Aceto Balsamico.

Angelo is a wonderful guide, a great bloke and is extremely knowledgeable about all the sites visited. The sites are not very busy and it feels like you have the whole place to yourself. We stopped for lunch at a beautiful Agriturismo and had a truely delicious Italian feast, I could not recommend this tour more highly, it is a MUST.

Lastly, don’t bother eating breakfast and remember to leave some extra room in your pants because you will be eating melt in your mouth food all day!

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone! Angelo was so an amazing and knowledgable tour guide, and my husband and I enjoyed getting to spend the day with him. We did the full day tour (3 Kings), and he takes you to non-tourist areas so that you get a really authentic experience. Also, the website says that you get "tastings" at each stop. We expected a little piece of everything to try, but what we got was more cheese to taste than we could even eat AND a huge plate of prosciutto for just me and my husband, all served with wine. The downside is that I'll never be able to eat regular prosciutto and parmesan cheese again because the places he took us were so incredible. I also would not skip out on the balsamic part. It's the shortest of the stops, but it's really cool to see, and you get to sample some incredible balsamic. If you're in the area, this tour is a MUST. We loved every minute of it. Big thanks to Angelo for a great day!

We had a great half day trip with Angelo seeing a Parma cheese operation and a Prosciutto operation. It was definitely the highlight of our week in the region. Angelo is just a great guy and very knowledgeable. We really liked that we were able to take our time and see the entire cheese process from milk to warehouse. Don't miss this trip and don't hesitate to book with Angelo. Perfetto!

I think one of his great gifts as frien and guide is the genuine quality in everything he does... and everything he does is as Steve Jobs put it: “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. But more that this the whole day is surrounded by those craftspeople who share this love. So glad you found us and moreover this special tourman Angelo. Nick FWT
