While it's a bit of a ways from the town of Modena (recommend taking a taxi), it was well worth the trip. The museum is laid out perfectly, giving both a sense of Pavarotti's life and how he chose to live. Was stunning in its simple elegance, and the number of pictures and videos of him with a seemingly endless array of celebrities and other entertainers was fun to see.

Absolutely stunningly beautiful location, the house was equally as beautiful. So nice to have a glimpse into Pavarotti’s house. Walking around seeing all the pictures, moment and memories was very special. He was a one of a kind, so gifted, such a beautiful person inside and out. His voice will be remembered forever.
So glad we took the trip to have this special day, I would highly recommend visiting this special place

I culdn t immagine that this visit will hit me so hard becouse I m not an opera fan but I know Pavarotti as an opera star. The house is situated in a beautiful very green sorrounding of Modena and after visiting it (aprox 1 hour and half)-three levels, one can realise how big was Pavarotti not only in fisical size but as an opera artist, musician, teacher, and even painter.Pavarotti was not an elitist difficult to aproach, but a very empatetic one affordable for naighbers friends students etc. After visiting the level with Pavarotti and friends one can see how huge personality worldwide was this man. The museum is very well organised it s a real pleasure to visit it and to listen short but significant musical illustrations. After this visit I had a very plesant sensation of calm and relaxation. That s why this is un forgetable.

Dear Gulea, thank you very much for your nice words. The kind of experience you described is the reason why we decided to open up the home museum: we wished to give all the visitors the chance to breath this kind of atmosphere, that was the same when Maestro was there, it is very authentic and gives the size of the human being he was. Thank you for sharing. ❤️

I'm not especially a Pavarotti fan, but this was an absolutely lovely morning. He was quite obviously a marvelous man and full of life and talent. This house has been left like it was when he lived and died there. It isn't ostentatious - just full of memories and memorabilia. It is very touching and poignant and it feels as if he might just walk back in. Take time there to look a the hundreds of photos of who he met and listen to the maestro in this wonderful setting.

Set in the countryside outside of Modena, this lovely farmhouse is a beautiful tribute to a great singer. Left as it was at the time of his death, its a moving experience. And all the while his music plays.
We had a car so was easy to get to and has parking. I thing there is public transport but not sure.

I enjoyed my trip to Casa Pavorotti. The tour is self-guided with an audio and the the house gives you an insight into Pavorotti the man as well as the performer. Having said that, I would only recommend this trip to people who are nearby, or as part of an all inclusive tour as I did it. In my opinion it doesn't really warrant travelling miles for, unless maybe for huge fans of the singer.

The museum provides glimpse of the life of the late maestro Lucio. We gained more appreciation of his contribution to the world and enjoyed his rare photos/film in the house.

We all know and have heard Pavarotti concerts, but this intimate visit will reintroduce you to his entire life and all his wonderful accomplishments including many of the more famous concerts. My wife and I visited mid-morning on a weekday and were among only 3 other visitors in late September. If possible, I suggest going early as the museum undoubtedly fills up with the occasional tour bus and later in the day. It was a very special experience with no other people talking or mingling around us. You can easily take a full hour or possibly two enjoying the extremely well presented life of Pavarotti's home and his life achievements. Most everything is just as he left it and all the rooms are available to see including living, kitchen, bathrooms and even his closets, with all his hats and scarves! On an upper floor there is a large display of his own memorabilia and photos with other famous people with his music and singing on a large screen playing continuously in the background.

Highly recommended!
