After tasting this balsamic vinegar you will never be satisfied with grocery store stuff again. A few drops of this stuff will make your eyes roll back in your head, in a good way. Not only is the balsamic wonderful, the family members that run...More
We had a brilliant tour last month by the owners. The care and time that goes into each production run is incredible and unparalleled. The history and difference relative to the standard supermarket-bought balsamic needs to be experienced to be appreciated. A true quality product...More

Sorry, have not been on the website for awhile. Hope you visited. The 'guide' is the fiancee of the company's daughter (Carlotta, I believe, with one of the vinegars named after her). LOVED the balsamic in the tasting room. Amazing place. Lovely people there. The guide introduced us to his future in-laws.
