The Museo Civico d'Arte is part of the Palace of Museums. It is on the floor beneath the Este Gallery. Unlike the Este Gallery this museum is free. It is made up of 2 sections, art and archaeological/ethnological. The art section was interesting but it did not have any great masterpieces. The other section was full of quite a diverse collection of objects. We visited towards the end of the afternoon and wished that we had been able to spend more time there.
