The station is extremely central with a bus terminal outside the main door. The train service is excellent and there are a number of ticket kiosks to buy bus and rail tickets. The biggest let down is the beggars who hang around at the airport...More

A large busy train station which we found easy to navigate through and pretty close to the town centre.

its just a train station that is a major hub for the Italian railway. it does have some history surrounding it. Used it twice and it is easily navigated. However it is large and over two to three levels.

Like most of Italy's train stations. this one is easily navigable, clean, well-marked, dependable, well located within the city of Bologna and you don't have to be fluent in Italian to make your way through it, buy your ticket and find your train.

The central hub for trains and buses, always busy but simple enough to find what you need. Plenty of bus stops outside, the city red bus stop No.1 is on opposite side of the street beside the ice cream shop
