Booked a walk in Bologna after another operator did not show or notified booked and confirmed walk (JM). Those canceled too - but at least they emailed about cancelation. Reason was that a guide bruised her knee. I wish all the best to the guide of coarse. But why let ppl book a tour that is clearly will not happen? Very irresponsible. 2 stars for at least notifying the cancelation

We visited Bologna after our visit to Turin, Venice and Verona, so the city had big shoes to fill. Thanks to our guide Stefania we discovered that Bologna has a lot to offer and we genuinly enjoyed hearing all the information an anecdotes about both the past and the present. Stefania was by far one of the most enthusiastic guides we ever had - even though she was a bit nervous at times. She has an impressive knowledge of the city and a great drive to share all of that with the group. Would recommend!

Went this morning for a two hour tour with Stella. She used a head mic and speaker which was needed as the traffic at some spots was noisy. I always take these yours when I travel to a new city to get a quick overview, but often the guides are not so knowledgeable. Stella was brilliant. Full of information and happy to answer questions. Take this tour...but do pay well at the end as this is how they earn money.

You could tell our guide was passionate about history. Unfortunately I forget her name. She gave e competent tour, not boring at all. Bologna is a hidden gem. I wasn‘t aware how beautiful and interesting the is!
