Arguably one of the finest Cathedrals in the entire world, St. Peter's is the spiritual center of the Vatican and the product of many of Italy's great Renaissance's architects, among them Bramante, Raphael and Michelangelo.

I am not religious in any way shape or form, good for a walk around. If you go Wednesday morning the pope has an audience. Skip the queue tickets are a must as they go on for miles

Despite the large queues it was well worth the wait. The art work and history inside are at an unbelievably, unrealistic level. To see such well preserved history in all its awe was just amazing! We even got to see the Pope!

A highlight of our trip to Rome. The Basilica did not disappoint. Its scale is hard to comprehend. Would recommend a guided tour to understand all that you are seeing.
