The office is a little hidden, look for the Michelin Man sign and there's a little alley back there where the office door is. The office is located right by the entrance to the Vatican Museums, and the gentleman who rented us the wheelchair even offered to help us get to the entrance of the museum. He also gave us advice for getting from the Sistine Chapel to St. Peter's Basilica, which was very useful. 15 euros is completely reasonable for a full-day rental, and the wheelchairs were all clean and well taken care of. We would definitely use this service again!

If you're looking to rent a wheelchair in Rome. I highly recommend this place. Renting a wheelchair was the best decision I made during my trip in Rome. My mom injured her ankle a few days before we flew out. We weren't sure how much she can walk. The morning of the second day, she was in a lot of pain. Just one day in Rome made her injury worse and we were planning to do a full tour of the Vatican which is a lot of walking. Super easy to contact and make an appointment. The wheelchair was 15 euros a day and the price went down the more days we planned to keep it.
Laurcio was super helpful. He walked with us on the first day a long distance just to show me how to properly use the wheelchair and make sure my mom is safe. He speaks really good English. We enjoyed getting to know him and felt that we can fully trust him. He was kind enough to troubleshoot any hiccups we may have or pick up the wheelchair at the end by traveling to us rather than make us travel to him. It was incredibly convenient. He also helped us find a good place for a covid test, Restaurants, and hooked us up with a tour guide for the Vatican. He really went above and beyond.
By the way, our expert tour guide's name was Andreina. Ask for her if she's available. She joined us on a private tour. Allowed us to move at our comfortable pace and gave me a chance to translate to my mom. She's lovely and super helpful. She is clearly passionate about her work and we appreciate her expertise.
I hope this review is helpful to anyone who is not sure whether they should or shouldn't get a wheelchair. I highly recommend it.
Rome's cobblestone streets are not super wheelchair friendly but you'll get used to it and it was much better than walking or not going out at all.

We went to the Vatican on 30th Sept 2022 for a wheelchair tour booked online in July. We met Lauricio at the agreed meeting place at the shop and he arrived on time with a wheelchair for me. He took us (and wheeled me) to the Basilica, by passing the huge ques thanks to the special entrance for people with mobility problems. He is a very personable and knowledgeable man who kept us informed regarding what we were seeing. He passed us over to Karolina our tour guide for the remainder of our visit. She was also extremely knowledgeable of all the places (e.g., Sistine Chapel) and objects we saw. She was a charming woman who went above and beyond what was required of her, even moving the oncoming crowds to one side to ensure out unrestricted passing. We cannot recommend this company too highly and would DEFINATELY advise anybody with mobility problems to book this company.

We came to Rome for four days and my dad needed a wheelchair. Luis really helped us out a lot. He answered my messages promptly, he was available to talk to me on the phone, and he speaks English fluently. He addressed all my needs and concerns, and reserved a wheelchair for me on short notice. His price is very affordable, the lowest I've seen for a wheelchair rental in Italy at 15 euros per day. Luis only charged me 5 euros for one day, since I picked up the wheelchair late in the afternoon.
The moment when Luis really went above and beyond was when he helped me and my party (party of 5) when we were trying to visit the Vatican Museums. While ticket sellers outside were trying to get us to pay 60 euros each for tickets, we were unsure how to proceed. By pure coincidence, we ran into Luis outside the Vatican Museums entrance. He spoke to the security guards and got them to agree to let our whole group skip the line and go inside. We went inside where we received two free tickets, and I paid for three more tickets at the ticket booth for 17 euros each.
Luis saved us both time and money. He really cares about his customers. If you're in Rome and you need a wheelchair, I highly recommend getting one from here. The best way to reach them is through Whatsapp.

I had a life long dream of being able to take my parents to Rome. For many reasons, we did not make it there until both were later in years, with my Mom needing a wheelchair at times to get around. Lauricio was amazing in providing options on tours, wheelchairs and pricing. He was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp and made this dream possible for us! He was at both tours to make sure the wheelchair was delivered and was great with my parents. Thank you so much Lauricio!!!! Amazing work you do sir!

I emailed and asked for a tour for 3 hours and they quoted me $250 and originally they quoted more but they had a tour for $230 online for 2.5 hours so I simply asked if it was the same itinerary the the $230 tour only for 3 hours? I get an email back angry that I was asking for another price which I did not. I apologized if I confused him and just requested the tour itinerary and payment link. Then this morning I get an email that says sorry they can’t help me! Unbelievably rude as not I’m flying to Rome with no tour booked! Don’t ask any questions or count on anything as someone there has a bad temper and no understanding!

I wish you all the best, hope I never see you in my office!!!!!!!!

We definitely would not have been able to complete our tour of the Vatican Museum and the Sistin Chapel without this service. From booking online to the end of the tour, A-1 excellent service and our guide, Karolina, was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I would definitely recommend booking a tour with this company for anyone who needs wheelchair service to get around this historic venue.

Wheelchair rental near the Vatican
The service was spectacular, the man did not limit himself to renting me a wheelchair for my mother with mobility problems. He explained to us that the audience with the Pope on Wednesdays is a Free service. He told us that since my mother has a mobility problem, she would be placed next to the altar where the Pope is made in this ceremony and later the Pope would go to greet the parishioners who are located in that area, who are mainly disabled pardons and children with problems.
The best thing was that my mother and my father who accompanied her shook hands with the holy father.
He also explained to us how to access the other historical sites in Rome; He sold us the tickets to enter the Colosseum. In addition, he clarified that my father-in-law, having a certified disability, would not pay any entrance fee to the historical or interesting places in the city; something that not everyone does because other places to sell do not inform you.
With en you can get tickets to the Vatican museums as well.
A wonderful service based on something that the world has unfortunately lost confidence in; I didn't have to pay a deposit for the wheelchair; I recommend the place 100% and I also thank you for honoring the trust that this place gives to tourists and for making proper use of the wheelchairs and returning them on time.
This Colombo-German Family greatly appreciates your help during our visit to Rome.

My wife and I had a Vatican tour with Karolina. She was marvelous. My wife was in a wheelchair and Karolina navigated us through crowds carefully with attention to making a clear path. She was gentle with the tourists in the Vatican and had the attention of the guards who allowed us to pass through crowds and obstructions without haste. Her knowledge of art history was quite impressive which enhanced the tour greatly. Not to be confused with a stuffy professor, she has a passion to share the history of the art that she so clearly loves. She was patient, respectful, interesting and at times humorous.
To stand in the Sistine chapel is a moving experience and her description of the works was poetic and beautiful. She gave us a brief tutorial in the Pinecone Courtyard prior to entering the chapel which was most helpful.
The organization was also great in setting up the tour. Everything went smoothly.
The tour was worth every penny we paid and I can highly recommend this group.

St. Peter’s basilica wheelchair provided us with the best possible care, flexibility and service. The owner delivered personally the wheelchair out of exception and also picked it up in the middle of the city because our hotel did not let us store it. The wheelchair was super, foldable light and had good wheels!! There was even a anti decubitus pillow included all for the low price!!!
10/10 would recommend it to make your trip easier!
