Make this the culmination of your trip to Tivoli and you won't leave unsatisfied. The view from The Piazza is amazing. The geometry of the river valley is complicated and intriguing. There's even an ancient staircase covered in greenery leading down to the waterfall.

My goodness, it's right at the entrance to the city and it's magical. Waterfalls, gardens, lots of unique paths to hike; I can't say enough good things. Allow yourself about two hours to do it right, be sure you walk both sides of the canyon.

It's a lot to see in Tivoli, and this architectural bridge is very interesting to admire in the entrance from Tivoli, the little river and the centro storico a charming excursion.

Old bridge that was blown up by the germans during WWII and rebuilt to its former self. On the way to Villa de Este so you wont miss it

We loved this park, and the views were everything we expected, but navigating it proved a bit tricky. The supplied maps were not as clear as they could have been. We got lost trying to find the main falls, and we were gratified to note several others having similar issues. Still, a worthwhile walk for sure

If you park in the Massif car park, you cant avoid using this bridge to get into the old town. It's pretty impressive, considering it was rebuilt from the original rubble after WW2. Not much water to see but the view across to the Temple della Sibilla is pretty. Just watch you back for two and four wheeled traffic.
