We arrived at Civitaveechia, Italy on a Holland American ship and needed transportation to our hotel Porto Romano in Fiumicino 45 minutes away. Dante our contact communicated with us several days before and assisted in coordinating a change of time for pickup. We were able to communicate with the driver on the day of disembarking from our ship. The experience was seamless. The trip was comfortable. I would highly recommend Cab Roma

Great, reliable transport from cruise port to City!!! Great communication by Cabroma, providing driver’s contact info 24 hours in advance in case we can’t locate him. Woke up in the morning and already received text and instructions where to meet. Driver also showed up 30 minutes early in a comfortable van. Got us to city center smoothly despite some traffic. The prices are extremely reasonable and love the online booking system with instant confirmation. Highly recommend and will definitely use again when visiting Rome.

I booked 3 tranfers before leaving Australia. 1. Airport to hotel in Rome - driver was there waiting for us. He was lovely and helped with our bags. 2. Rome hotel to Civitavecchia cruise port. On time with a mini van to carry all 8 of us plus luggage. Once again driver was friendly and helpful. 3. Civitavecchia cruise port to Fiumicino Airport. I booked the pick up time at 11am not knowing we would be off the ship by 8.30-9.00am. I emailed the office to see if the pickup could be any earlier. I received an immediate response and our transfer was able to pick us up around 45mins earlier. All our vehicles were air-conditioned and clean. I would definitely recommend this service and will use them again when in Rome.

Roberto met us at our airport-area hotel in Fiumicino (Rome) in a very clean, nicely appointed Mercedes van. He arrived early to pick us up and took us very safely to the cruise terminal. Total time en route less than 50 minutes. We had a private trip and felt like we had arrived in style. Would highly recommend Roberto as the quality of CabRoma vans and drivers are not the same.

We used Cab Roma several times while in Rome. From the airport to our Air B&B. Had a little difficulty finding driver, but once found all went very well. He had water waiting for us at the van, which was clean and well kept. Again used the service with the friends we met from Air B&B to port where our Celebrity ship was. Due to Rome traffic, the cab was about 30 minutes late. Once there, driver was courteous and we had a uneventful ride to ship. The last time we used them was cruise ship port to airport. Again had a little difficulty finding the driver, but when found a good ride to the airport. I had to change my reservation pick up time a couple of times. They were accommodating to change the times. I would say, all in all, I would use the service again.

Booked three cabs for travel to Civitavecchia from Rome Airport, Civitavecchia to central Rome, and from central Rome back to the airport. All three cabs were on time in clean mercedes or minibus, drivers were previously in touch via WhatsUp to let you know their whereabouts, and were very informative during the trip. We arrived in Roma at the cruise port earlier than expect and happy to see that our reserved transportation with Cab Roma was there waiting for us with our name on a sign just as he had texted that morning to let us know. He was very professional, polite, friendly. We didn't expect to be riding in a Mercedes van for the price we were paying. It was a smooth ride to the hotel. We used Cab Roma for transport from a Rome Italy hotel to the cruise port. I received a message when the driver Matteo was assigned for our trip. On the day of the transfer, I received a message from Matteo when he arrived at the hotel ( a little early which was great. He described where he was outside and described his vehicle. He spoke good English and made a timely journey very pleasant. Cab Roma drivers take you right to your cruise ship terminal which avoids the very busy port terminal shuttles which are needed if you choose to use the bus or train from Rome. We also use Cab Roma for our trip back to Rome after the cruise. We had the same great service with driver Fabio.
