Was able to book a self drive tour in Florence last minute through Elena. She was extremely helpful and Vincenzo our tour guide was phenomenal. Next time I'm in town, I'll book through them again.

Perfect, an enchanted fun evening touring Eternal City w/Emanuelei felt like I was a starring in my own Roman Holiday. Everywhere was beauty, history set in timeless charm. Abundance of wonders and my first gelateria chocolate & lemon gelato, magestic view from a peephole and making my wishes in a remarkable fountain ensuring my return!! Grazie Mlle Stefano for accepting my last minute booking and Emanuele for the memory not far from the corner of my mind.

Very Unhappy Rentals - Avoid !!
Pre booked a car weeks ago, and was given less than 24 hours notice that car was unavailable and they could not offer a replacement. Ended up rushing around trying to find ANY car and ended up paying over €700 for a last minute 3 day car rental.

Ok, this was just awesome! My husband and I jumped on the back of vespas's with our two tour guides. It was a 3 hour journey. They take you all around the city to major sites in addition to secret view points for photos. Along the way they give you some history while weaving through Rome traffic, very safely I might add. I wish we had done this the day we landed it gave us a wonderful overview of the city perfect for figuring out what to go back and see more of. Favorite thing we did in Rome!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves this morning with Christina and Emanuel showing us sights of Rome that were off the main tourist route.
They gave us an insight into Roman life over the centuries whilst we felt very hip on the back of their vintage vespas.
Highly recommended!

This place is a huge scam and has unreliable cars, avoid at ALL cost!! My husband I visited Italy in August this year and thought it would be a great idea to rent a vintage car to tour around Tuscany in. We picked up the car and drove to our first destination. Upon arrival we parked the car for lunch only to return to the car to find out it would not start at all (I would like to preface my husband and I own vintage cars of our own and he works on them himself frequently) after trying everything we called the company to come out and help us. He arrived with a jump started and was able to get the car started. We let them know we’d like to return the car **after only having it 6 hours** due to how unreliable it was and the fact that we were stranded for 3 hours in an unknown city. They said that would be fine and we’d be issued a refund for the car. On the way back we stopped 5 minutes from the car drop off for gas so we didn’t return it without a full tank (trying to be considerate since they agreed to refund us for the unreliable car) we stopped for gas and went to start the car up & sure enough it would not start again (battery issues) he had to come jump start us again. We had the car for less than a day due to the issues and took it back before the end of day. I even have a video of the guy pushing the car to gain momentum to try and start and using the battery jumper as proof the car was broken just in case they tried to not give us our money even though they said they would. When we got back for the return they mentioned they couldn’t refund it right away and we would receive the refund on Monday & we believed them. Not only did they not refund us ANY total of the car for the 3 days we rented it and only having it 6 hours after it left us stranded. They TOOK $600 additional dollars from our deposit of $1,000 they made us put down ON TOP of the car price we already paid!! The lady is a complete liar and this company is a scam. Please read the reviews and save yourself from a horrible experience and a HUGE waste of money and precious time on vacation.

This is the 2nd time I've tried to rent a car with HRTours. The first, in fall of 2019, I specifically requested a series 1 Fiat 124 Spider, because I own one and have owned it nearly 40 years, since I turned 16. I thought it would be a bucket list thing to do, to drive a car like mine, on the roads of Italy. On the day I arrived in 2019, they told me it was not available and gave me an Alfa Romeo spider, which was a fine car, but not what I had wanted. It was very disappointing, but I decided to just let it go. Then, in June of 2023, I went back to Italy and decided to try again. I made it very clear to them that if the series 1 Fiat 124 Spider was not available, I did not want a replacement. The day I arrived in Italy, they called me to confirm my credit card # and that the car would arrive the next day. I was very excited. And then within a few hours, they called me back the same day to tell me the series 1 Fiat 124 Spider was not available. I was heartbroken. They offered me different cars, but there was only one car I wanted. At $250 a day for 4 days, I didn't want to spend that kind of money unless it was the car I had dreamed of driving in Italy. So, I will not try and rent with HRTours again. Fool me once....

We had a great 1/2 day drive to Greve with an escort on scooter. The vehicle was great, 1967 Volkswagen beetle in top condition. Service was great and so was the breakfast. Highly recommended.
