A traditional italian cooking school located in the park of "le 7 fonti" on the green hills of rome's countryside. Only a few miles away from the center of rome, it's a unique venue for your special events, private lunches & dinners. The olive grove, the chalet in the woods, the vegetable garden, the plaza of the silos, the fountains and the lakes make a perfect background for the finest cuisine.

Spent a surprise weekend at Casa di Rita.
My wife: ) has everything planned. I had no idea.
And what an experince I was in for......
The beautiful chalet in the woods, the daily trips to Rome, the warm cherry pie we got in our room.... all those were the background for an amazing cooking experince with Rita. So much energy... so much passion. On one hand, the simplicity and on the other hand, the amazing tastes!!
We learned so much and cant wait to try making everything at home.....
If you are looking for a weekend getaway with and unforgettable cooking experince, go to Casa di Rita!!

Has visiting the monuments and churches in Rome given you an appetite? If so, make time to head out to A Casa di Rita. A wonderful spot surrounded by green and not far from the craziness of the eternal city. Rita is a master chef and the service at Casa di Rita is excellent. The food is out of this world. I highly recommend including a visit to Casa di Rita during your stay in Rome, you won't regret it.

Rita's place, Le Sette Fonti, is just perfect. She had a driver pick me up at Fuimicino and drive me straight away to her beautiful burgo. She gave me a tour of the grounds after I checked in, and I learned more about eating and cooking than I have in a long time. If you get a chance, have her teach you to make gnocchi! From now on, I have a tradition of flying into Rome and going straight to Rita's place first.

I didn't know that Rita was on TripAdvisor or I would have made a review long ago. Rita offers cooking classes, private events and a set menu (reservation required) lunch on Sundays. I have done both her cooking class and her Sunday lunch. She is an excellent chef and an excellent instructor! Her kitchen, dining and event area are simply beautiful! Rita speaks Italian but her daughter translates in english. I can't say enough wonderful things about Casa di Rita.
