Irina texted us promptly after our flight landed at FCO. She helped us roll our luggage to where the car was parked. Our B&B was on a Piazza and she parked and helped us get our luggage from the car to our B&B. Our flight landed at almost midnight and she had water and a treat for us. When we were confused about how to open the coded front door she helped us. It was so reassuring at each point of contact to confirm and let us know they would be on hand and followed up on our emails. We would most definitely book with Rome Cabs again!

Our plane was late for 6 hours, I have notified the office about it, unfortunately I was not able to received any email confirmation since I was in the plane. It was a very plaisent surprise to see our driver there after all the delay we had. Wow what a great service we had. The car he had was very clean and the ride super pleasant.this the 3 time we book with them and each time we were extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Rome can.

Upon leaving our Hotel in the Trastavere area of Rome, we went down at least 5-10 minutes early and the driver was already there. He was dressed very nice and professional, the van was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The driver smiled and was courteous and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable safe ride to the airport for our return home. Thank you so much, you are highly recommended! Grazie!

We booked a ride to the airport at 14:15.
We were at picking spot at 14:10 but no one arrived. After a long hour of waiting in burning sun, trying to call the so-called "emergency" number - which needless to say no one bothered to pick up - we just gave up.
We got to the airport with a taxi which we picked down the road.
No answer or message back from the company, just complete silence.
Aufwul, awful behavior and service. Stay away

Do not use this service if you need to be somewhere on time. We met our driver on time, but he needed to wait for another group who didn't get to the van for 45 minutes. We ended up being too late for our tour. They knew we needed to leave at 8am. Also the van was pretty dinged up. I have contacted them but have not received a reply.

Very easy process. Our flight arrived a few minutes early from another EU country. Without a need for customs, we quickly exited the baggage claim area to find our driver with a name card for us. Without incident, we were transported quickly and comfortably to our hotel.

We made an advance booking online and had interaction via "chat now" with Meena and were assured that the parameters of our flight we within their services for shared shuttle. We received our voucher and arrived earlier than our flight was to arrive (we were at the meeting place around 1:00 p.m. for our 1:00 p.m. reservation) and when we went to the meeting place someone was there from the company but not for us. They phoned in and then told us that someone was on their way. When that individual arrived (after 1:30 p.m.!!) they said we'd have to wait 2.5 hours for a shared shuttle or we could pay an additional 48 euros and be driven privately to our hotel in Civitavecchia. We were thoroughly disgusted with this treatment, especially with having the voucher and confirmation of the service in hand. I DO NOT recommend this company and would suggest you steer clear because you could be left in an uncomfortable situation in another country. Luckily we had 2 back up plans so we didn't feel desperate and we wound up taking the train, which worked great.

My wife and i booked this company to transfer us from FCO Airport to our hotel in August 2016. When we arrived at the pick up point in arrivals hall the company driver was not there. After a 15 minute search we finally found our driver. The driver told us to wait at a particular area as he had two other sets of guests to collect also. We waited for an hour at this point getting frustrated for our driver to collect these other people, after an hour my wife and i spoke to the driver and informed him that we were not waiting any longer as he had waited for these other guests long enough. The driver informed us that he was not taking us to the hotel until he had collected the other guests who had still not turned up. The driver did not have a word of english. After 1 1/2 hours my wife rang the companies office and spoke to a male there. He gave my wife no satisfaction and was extremely rude to her. I then spoke with the driver and i informed him thst i was not going to go with him and that it was unacceptable that we should have to wait at this stage one hour and fifty minutes to be transfered to our hotel. The driver then spoke to his boss in the office over the phone snd after fifteen more minutes our driver finally brought us to our hotel even when the other two sets of guests did not turn up.This company certainly took the good out of out three day trip to Roma and I certainly would not book with this company sny longer.The drive to the hotel was less than enjoyable. When we got to our hotel we cancelled the return trip as we were disgusted with the service that we got and the way that we were treated. I do not normally give negative reviews on TA and i always try to give at least one positive rating but this company needs to seriously have a chat with itself in relation to customer services and how to treat their paying customers.

On our arrival the pre booked service was not there, we gave the company the benefit of the doubt as the weather was terrible. The call centre was very helpful but we waited 2 hours and it eventually arrived.
Our return journey today never arrived on phoning the desk we got the statutory its nearly there... 1 hour later we had to get reception to book a white cab.
Such a shame as all the reviews we had read were so good.....

Cost of cab for two adults with two large and two carry on pieces of luggage from FCO airport to Triano hotel ion September 14, 2019. Shared cab is ok.

Used Rome CABs and they charged me 45 Euros for two people. We were pleased with their service. We used them in our arrival and departure.

For those that purchased a shared transfer and paid to the driver, did you pay 29 Euros or 33.9 Euros? I am just curious if paying in cash is cheaper. There is an option to prepay but they charge 33.9 Euros.

Do the company guarantee pick up? Will they wait for you even if it takes around 90 minutes to go through customs and immigration? I am coming to Rome solo and just scared to be stranded and not picked up. I know something like this happens with other shared shuttles.
I will not have a phone on me, will they be there to greet me or I would need to contact them somehow?

I recommend that you email the company with your questions. We had no issues with them whatsoever coming and going to Rome. The driver met us in Rome where we picked up luggage. We had gone through customs already.
On the return trip to airport they picked us up at hotel. They confirm your trips ahead of meeting you etc. very reliable. They answered my email questions prior to the trip as well.

I want to book a shared transfer but will not have a phone number in Rome ( email only). Is this a problem. Also if the shuttle is shared how long do we wait for others to be collected? Is there a set time limit as I don't want to have to wait for hours.

If your port is Civitavecchia, then it will cost Euro 69 for upto 2 passengers for a shuttle transfer from around the Termini to the port. Take a look at at the "Transfers" on Rome Cabs Bookings' website. The destinations and rates are all stated here. Both the above answers have good advice. You have a 30 minute window on your pick ups. Don't be the guy who isn't ready. Realize, if they are picking up another person, and they are late, the driver will try to accommodate them, but will not mess up your schedule. I have had this happen. We were given the option of sitting for 45 minutes waiting on the other group to get ready or departing. We couldn't wait, so they had to make other arrangements. This company does a really good job of trying to make it work well.
