I found the place on Instagram, I liked it and I went last night for an aperitif with friends. I appreciate the fact that they accept dogs. The place is not very large, it is located in a street that is a pedestrian area, dotted with other places. Unfortunately parking is not easy, but in Rome it is a widespread problem. For those who have the desire and courage, there is a metro stop just a few minutes away. The staff is very friendly, they offer you a bowl of chips as soon as you sit down. the menu as far as food is concerned is a bit limited, but when it comes to drinking you're spoiled for choice: around 30 different types of spritzes, and just as many mojitos (I'm a teetotaler and I asked for one from the list without rum and they satisfied me immediately!) plus other cocktails and a nice choice of beers and wines, at absolutely affordable prices. The cutting boards are quite simple, they are for one person but the quantity and quality are absolutely proportionate to the price (in short, with a cutting board you can eat easily!); the pinsa is really good. There were 4 of us, we shared the one with mortadella, in addition to the cutting boards, we liked it so much that we took another one, this time vegetable dish, excellent and well seasoned. Considering a cocktail each, plus water and two bottles of coke, the 4 of us spent €80, which I would say was absolutely reasonable (we woke up full!!). There are also gluten-free options. I would say that for a simple aperitif it is ideal

I went to this place yesterday for dinner with some friends encouraged by the positive reviews but unfortunately almost nothing of what we had read turned out to be true.
Apart from the kindness and helpfulness of the waiters, we didn't find anything else worth returning for: the completely tasteless cocktails (I tried 2 and it was like drinking water), the pinsa badly cooked and not at all stuffed (I took a margherita) and my friend's very salty biscaiola. The idea of an aperitif with a platter for 10 euros is nice but two platters of 3 for 6 people were not at all generous as I read here on trip. Obviously it's our personal impression but we all thought the same.

I had the pleasure of going to Cargo a week ago and I must say that I was very satisfied! I loved their aperitif formula, but in particular their drinks and the service was impeccable: the waiters were fast, kind and precise in everything, they were always attentive to our every need. Better to book a table because it's always super crowded.

Croatia vs Italy match, bad game and also the location. I ordered a bottle of sparkling water but not happy the owner forced me to take other as the menu was expressly indicated 'obligatory consumption'. Evidently the water was not enough.

"I spent a pleasant afternoon in a restaurant in Pigneto, Rome. The atmosphere was convivial, and for just 10 euros I was able to enjoy a delicious platter. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. pleasant. Recommended for an aperitif.

The place is really well looked after from the outside... the inside furnished with warmth and attention to detail. Very cute and super welcoming...
Very kind, cheerful and super-prepared staff... Courteous in their ways and available to recommend the cocktail best suited to your tastes and flavors (Excellent selection of alcohol) Just one piece of advice... Go there!! And don't miss the various cutting boards from classic to vegetarian, they are something SPECTACULAR!! Fixed place for me now, I feel at home, with family.

Good food, excellent wine and cocktails. Their cheese and sausage plates are very tasteful and the bruschetta is lovely. Owner doesn’t really speak English, but does that matter when you can just point out on the card what you want? We loved it.

Been here many Times and I always enjoy. You van have fantastic drinks in a nice atmosphere, both outside and inside, meet friendly people especially writers! It is definetly a special piace with good vibes!!

Volevo segnalare l' ultima recensione ..in quanto e' palesemente falsa e sospetta .e che la signora in oggetto oltre ad essere maleducata e' anche ignorante .in quando come sanno tutti la plastica non va buttata in un secchio adibito x le sigarette dove la cenere ne cade all'interno con gravi conseguenze ..la signora vuole palesemente screditare una delle attivitĂ che lavorano di piu' con onesta e rispettando tutte le regole .quindi chiedo cortesemente di rimuovere la recensione in oggetto ..grazie
