After this, board your car and proceed for the visit to a Balsamic vinegar Traditional Acetaia: this is the largest in town and the couple that runs the place only have one thing in their mind: l’aceto balsamico and you’ll see why…they will explain how they make the balsamic and see where the product is aged in barrels for over 20 years. Taste of the product and shopping.

a day in Modena My husband Barry and I took a tour in September in Modena with Via EMilia Tours. We had such a fantastic time and we enjoyed our wonderful balsamic vinegar at Christmas with our daughters and friends. Everyone was impressed with its intense smooth flavor. A belated thank to Monica for a wonderful tour. Not this year but hopefully next year we will return to Italy with our daughter who works for Antica, the Antinori winery in the Napa Valley and we would enjoy another tour with you!! Sincerely, Maureen Apter
