Giorgio was extremely helpful, responsive and cooperative. I had to organise 2 social activities for a group of 20 people ( guided tour + dinner and all day tour to Castelli Romani). All activities were perfectly managed by Giorgio and his colleagues and I had no issues at all.

We had such an amazing time in beautiful Italy with lovely Italian people and of course Italian food!
Our tour leader was amazing, mr Stefano is simply the best and of course the bus driver was amazing too.
Our hotel rooms were clean and spacious but we were not happy with the breakfast buffet and dinner but who cares? It's all about the experience
The tour can be crowded and our bus was almost full , you see beautiful people from different backgrounds, be respectful and tolerant and you can all have fun.
Pisa and gondola ride were optional and you have to pay for it separately but honestly it's the best thing ever!!!! Do it!!!
Wear comfy shoes because you gonna walk a lot and see a lot! Don't be shy to ask your tour leader questions

From my day of contact via email with ITC, to my airport pick up and drop off, Italy travel company, Did it for me they are Awesome set of people....
Everything was just as I imagined and just as they presented, they booked the trip of a life time for me, met and surpassed my expectations.
The tours were perfect, very pleasant and accommodating tour guides.. Italy is a beautiful country and Italy travel company made my stay memorable.
I will always recommend the company for anyone visiting Italy...

Please don't hesitate to use Italy Travel Company. They booked the trip of a lifetime for me. I was finally able to go and visit Venice, Florence, Bologna, Padua, Tuscany and several other breathtaking places I had always wanted to visit and this was all thanks to Italy Travel Company and the itinerary that made it all possible within the limited time frame that I had. Not only are their rates competitive and frankly theirs was the least expensive I could find anywhere, but dealing with them is also a very pleasant experience. They are patient and very attentive to your needs and will tailor your itinerary to fit your schedule if feasible. Don't be on the fence about booking with them. Hopefully like me, you won't be disappointed. Happy Travels!

From start to finish The Italy Travel Company were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They organised our hotel and transfers for 30 of our staff who all arrived at different times and on different flights.They worked around all of our many changes to the booking with no complaints. They managed to find us exactly the hotel we were looking for, in the area we wanted and within walking distance of all the attractions we had planned to visit and at a great price. There was not one complaint, they are the perfect travel company and Palmer Capital are happy to recommend them!

We just returned from a 7 day trip to Italy where we visited Rome, Florence, and Venice. They quickly responded with a full itinerary that we were able to modify to make our own. We did 4 tours with, arranged through them, for the Coliseum/Roman Forum and the Vatican who were fantastic. We were able to bypass the long lines. No lines meant more time in the museums and a much more enjoyable experience. It was so informative, and we saw more than we could have imagined on these full day tours. Giorgio also went out of his way to help us get soccer tickets. Our last tour was from Florence to Venice. On this day, we visited the small town of Maranello and the Ferrari Museum. A stop in Padua and then finally to Venice, where they helped us secure a water taxi.
Super informative. They were prompt, knowledgeable, polite, and allowed us to modify the agenda if needed. Our trip far surpassed our expectations. Thank you Italy Travel Company !!

I was very impressed with the exceptional service provided by the Italy Travel Company and in particular with Giorgio. Responses to emails were very prompt as was the care given to the arrangement of transfers, train tickets and selection of accommodation. I will definitely use them for my future trips to Italy. Thanks to them, we had an excellent holiday.

The country is beautiful, a true immersion in world history.
The travel agency prepared all the details and we didn't worry about anything. The wonderful hotels, the trips on high-speed trains, subways, buses, etc…
