Visited Prince Spa as a couple. Did not purchase treatments due to time constraints, instead opting for day pass for pool only for £45. We booked in advance and were not disappointed. Pro's: 1. Excellent hydrojet massage jets above and below water for relaxation 2. Low thematic lighting for sensory relaxation 3. Huge seperate swimming pool for lane swimming 4. Robes, towels, flipflops and (hat - mandatory - thankfully) available for small amount extra and excellent quality. Saves carrying bags with you. 5. Hot and Cold plunge pools as well as "cold bucket" 6. Poolside lounge chairs available as well as separate private relax room overlooking pool area. 7. Lifeguard on duty, exceptionally friendly and courteous 8. Sauna and steam room 9. Ice machine for body 10. Rain showers 11. Complimentary apples, tea, coffee and water 12. Checkin staff member (gentleman) polite and welcoming. Not so amazing: 1. Steam room lacked steam on both occassions - one jet not working. 2. Lack of drinking water font available at pool level. There is a jug of water supplied upstairs in relax area but this was insufficient and the location poor. 3. Would suggest to management to provide chilled water - its the only major thing lacking with this spa. Suggest bringing own water to prevent dehydration. 4. Female colleague of check-in staff in spa reception rude and unprofessional. Laughing and giggling and not in any way friendly while standing beside us at check-in desk. Thankfully her male colleague did not behave this way. All in all this was a unique experience for a flying visit to Rome. The facilities were just fantastic throughout. The lockers are accessed via a personal electronic swipe card and secure. Their are shower toiletries provided in changing rooms as well as hair dryers. We cannot recommend a visit highly enough. Hope to visit again soon. Thank you Prince Spa…

The spa is a big disappointment. The staff are abrupt and seem to enjoying keeping guests waiting. To use the pool you are forced to wear a plastic hat!...Fear not if you want to indulge in the humiliation and don't have your own silly hat you can buy one from them! They have a slight obsession with electric turn-styles as well. I would not stay at the hotel again only due to the spa, this is not a place for relaxation!…

This was our first spa trip, we arrived on time but were rushed and told that we were late. staff were not particularly welcoming and we did not receive all that we had paid for as part of the couples 'you & me' package. The advertisement was misleading along with the price, as the image clearly shows a couple receiving a massage. Whereas we received an extremely rushed bath and a ridiculously priced facial. Although it was our first spa experience we were treated like idiots for not knowing where to go within the spa or where to sit during treatments. However the pool and sauna were amazing and much more relaxing than the treatments, just a shame there was an added 10 euro for compulsory shower caps which should have been included in our price.…
