We stop in this place by chance and was the best aperitivo we had in Rome, one Aperol Sprizt with a plate of snacks that made our day!!!! Great place we loved it!

I love this place. It is friendly, clean, bright and offers a variety of choices from breakfast goods (amazing croissants!), generous and homemade lunches, aperitifs with tasty snacks and more. The place is owned and managed by a family, and while mom cooks in the kitchen, kids and father serve clients behind the counter. I come here every day to work and consume, and I never tire of it. Highly recommended!!

There are still value places to have breakfast in Rome's Centro Storico. This is one of them. Expect to pay €2 or so for a coffee and croissant and 90 cents for an espresso. For slightly more upmarket experience, try Novecento a few doors down. Bar Amore a little closer to the river is even better, and just as cheap (but can be crowded).
