Wonderful experience for 7 adults and 7 kids on our family trip. Mersad was great in explaining to us the pizza making process. Everyone from age 7 to age 67 thoroughly enjoyed making AND eating their pizza. Highly recommend this outing.

This was easily my favorite activity throughout the trip. Not only was the food we ate incredibly delicious but we learned so much while doing it. We started out by making pizza and learning about the ingredients and the different ways how it is done. We got to add whatever ingredients we wanted and even put it in the pizza oven ourselves! After enjoying our own pizza, we started the pasta-making part of things. While it was incredibly difficult to actually make the pasta shapes (in my opinion), everyone is still having a great time and you get so much guidance from the chefs. This is a highly recommended pizza and pasta course with Chef Giuseppe & Mersad and Rossella.

We were a group of four, my husband and I and our two adult children. We had a wonderful time! We loved the humor and the teasing infused in the teaching. We loved the location and the teachers. My husband and I have attended a previous pasta making class in Tuscany which was held at a beautiful villa and was a lovely experience, but the teachers were not Italian, they were transplants from away. We absolutely loved and appreciated the rustic setting of Giuseppe's class. Giuseppe gave a very detailed explanation of the different flours used, the purposes behind certain techniques and ingredients, and just overall helpful information. My son who is an experienced cook drank in all the details to take home to improve his own skills. Mercad and Elena were such a joy and quite funny, as well. Loved the sparring between the hosts as well as the guests. Overall, a really delightful experience.

My husband and I absolutely loved this class! It felt like we were visiting a local family home to learn perfect Italian recipes…and cooking outside was just lovely. The pizza we created was honestly the best pizza we’ve ever had! The chefs were personable and funny which made for a great experience and the servings were generous. I would recommend this to everyone!

The pizza we made with Mersad was delicious! All the chefs were so knowledgeable and created a fun atmosphere. I make my own pasta at home all the time and here I learned so many new shapes that I can’t wait to make! Definitely worth the cost.
