Recommended in the rough guide we were carrying we went there and were pleased to see the trip advisor certificate on the door. Tucked away in a quite little side street we found Good service, good beer, Great food and good prices. Ate there two days on the trot and found each meal to be really tasty and filling. Good to see so many Italians eating there. Sitting inside makes you feel like you've gone back in time. No frills, proper food, great value for money. When we come back to Rome we will eat there again. Well worth searching for.

Good and rustic food go for the classic carbonara and a beer. The age ham do the hole carbonara. Also classic eggplant is wort a try.
