This is the first review I have written, but I have to save others from the horrific experience I had at this place. I visited this place on the spur of the moment as I was supervising a group of 40 students and we had some time to fill. I phoned ahead to see if they could manage a group of this size and whether there would be a discount. The hotel operator who tried to negotiate a good deal was told that I should come and negotiate. We had no bus so I walked the group 2.5km to the venue. They gave me no discount on one game, and only 50c on a second game. The manager was the rudest person I have ever engaged with and should be dismissed. He rudely dismissed me and when I politely asked if he spoke English, he aggressively shooed me away and asked if I spoke Italian. He then gestured to another person to come and translate, but his English was not great. Their system of handing out shoes is exceptionally archaic and unsupportive. I suppose I have myself to blame as I should have read their ratings. Worst service and experience I had during my time in Europe. Trust me and find another place.…

My wife's Barramundi resembled a bit of shoe leather. My Seafood basket was only a little better. Would never visit this place again.
