Much like fine wine, Alex and Emma only get better the longer we know them. It is crazy to think, we first met Emma and Alex when I was planning my sisters 30th birthday almost 4 years ago now. Not only are their tours informative and customized to be exactly what you want, they genuinely care about their clients and are part of the reason we fell in love with Italy and keep returning! I would challenge you to try to find better guides in or outside of Rome. They do a great job at curating each tour with special experiences with amazing local family businesses. This trip we visited a local family run farm and cheese factory, and an amazing family who creates handmade leather objects from wallets to luxury bags. If you are looking to escape the tourist traps and explore a more authentic Italy... Alex and Emma are the people to go to. We will be back and we will definitely visit them again.

We wanted to experience Italian vineyards and taste and learn about Italian wines. The tour was crafted especially for us and we were not disappointed. Alex and Emma were fabulous. We visited two wineries/ vineyards with a delicious leisurely lunch. at De Sanctis. The air conditioned transport was comfortable and she had researched some wine history as we travelled. Cold water to drink was very welcome too. We highly recommend them and would love to travel with them again Anne, Graeme and Ineke.

Dear Keith, So happy that you enjoyed your meal at Laranjinha - unfortunately this is not us (as happy as we are to have another 5 star review), so I will see if TripAdvisor can move your review to the appropriate business. Kind regards LT

My friend and I used this company twice while in Rome. One tour was the Ghosts, Witchcraft & Death with cocktails tour. The other was a Borgia's walking tour. Alex and Emma were absolutely incredible and it felt like we had known each other for years by the end of them. The ghost tour happened later at night (and it happened to be raining) Alex and Emma made sure we got a taxi back to our air bnb, above and beyond customer service they did not have to do that! The Borgias tour was such a treat as a history nerd and a huge fan of the show. We had no idea we would get to see Rodrigo's tomb in a beautiful Spanish church. The tour even ended near our air bnb! One thing that really stood out to me overall was both Alex and Emma's passion for the stories and history they were telling us. It was so engaging and we will definitely be using them again when we're back in Italy!!

We did two walking tours while we were in Rome: Ghosts, Witchcraft & Death with cocktails as well as the Borgia's walking tour. We had such a great time on both. For the ghost tour, Alex & Emma made sure we were able to get a taxi back to our Air Bnb since it was late & raining. Also one of the cocktails had absinthe in it which we were very excited to try! The ghost tour had so much interesting history & the rain added to the spooky atmosphere. On the Borgia's tour, there are so many interesting spots, especially when comparing it to the show. We got to see Rodrigo Borgia's tomb as well as many other interesting places. Overall, two excellent tours & we will definitely be booking more when we find ourselves back in Italy.
