We did a Rome countryside tour and wine tasting with our guide Nicola - it was a amazing. He went above and beyond in taking care of every detail, including stopping for a coffee and some tasty treats, and getting us the best table for our wine tasting and lunch at Ristorante Paganelli.
Nicola was extremely knowledgeable about Rome and Italian history in general. Not only is he well-versed in a variety of topics, he is also down to earth and very funny. He took his time with us and was very flexible and responsive with his communication.
If you are visiting Italy for the 1st or the 10th time, I highly recommend their services, especially Nicola!

We booked this company after finding it online, and the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. Eva was our contact in the office, and she would respond almost instantly to any question. We booked a private tour departing from Florence of Sienna, San Gimignano, and Montereggioni. Our driver, Francesco, was amazing! He provided information on locations throughout the day, was always on time for us, and even recommended a lovely winery for lunch. We had a wonderful and memorable day. Thank you Francesco and Eva! A+!

I am so glad I booked private tours with Limousine service in Italy for my first pleasure trip to Italy. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience. They were very flexible and provided personalized services to match my interests and requirements. I was able to enjoy the tours with complete peace of mind as they made sure that all aspects of the tours were stress-free and safe. I highly recommend their services. They might be a bit expensive but it’s worth the money.

We had a very enjoyable and informative all-day tour of Rome and Vatican City. Our guide, Nicola, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arranged the schedule perfectly and gave us keen insights on each point of interest that we visited. Our driver, Claudio, expertly navigated the routes and was very friendly as well. We engaged Claudio to give us another half-day tour of Castel Gandolfo, which was superb. I strongly recommend Limousine Service in Italy for your travel needs.

We have used this service many times for transfers to and from Fiumicino, Civitavecchia, and our hotel. We have taken 2 day trips from Rome. 3 years ago 6 of us had Nicolas take us to the catacombs and the pope's summer palace; fabulous driver and tour.
September 30 Max picked us up at Fiumicino and took us to our hotel; he went way above and beyond expectations. On October 2nd Max picked us up at our hotel and took us to Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregno, and a seaside town who's name we cannot remember. Max shared many facts and remembrances that enhanced the day; he is professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming! He is a perfect day guide because if time permits he suggests additional sites/places as he did with us and the seaside town. He certainly knows shortcuts and back roads both of which make a great day even more special. On October 5th Max picked us up at our hotel and delivered us back to the airport. Thank you Max.

From the moment we were picked up at our ship, we knew it was going to be a good day. We were dropped off 1/4 block from the Pantheon where we met Nicola, our guide. He is from Rome and loves his city. We were picked up at the Pantheon and dropped off at the Colosseum where we went right in. NO LINES. Nicola gave us a wonderful tour of the area and ended up with a beautiful view of the Roman forum. Trevi Fountain was next and again being dropped off so close to the venue saved so much time and energy. We asked Nicola to join us for lunch at Osteria dei Pontefici, where we had a delicious meal. The Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's were next. Yes, we did this all in one glorious day. Nicola was a wonderful tour guide, knowledgeable and impassioned and the driving from place to place made it so easy. This is the only way do visit Rome

Nicola was the perfect guide for us! We couldn’t have had a better day ever!! He made it so we didn’t have to walk much, he gave us so much incredible information and it’s great because he grew up in this area of Rome so he’s so familiar with everything. It’s great having the driver pick us up as soon as we’re done. No lines! He has a great sense of humor. Took pictures for us. We couldn’t have had a better day 🙌. I would highly recommend having him take care of your tour!

We are in awe of the beauty of Ancient Rome from the coliseum to the Spanish steps and so much more in between… our driver Ernesto from Limousine Service in Italy was absolutely wonderful as he explained all the sites we drove by, he made our day even more memorable by going the extra mile in bring us to the highest point of Rome …and what a view it was, breath taking !!!

Like many of the other reviewers, I only had one short day to visit Rome while on a European cruise. My group of three friends debated a shuttle from the port to Rome, a group excursion, or a private tour. Fortunately, we all agreed that the only way to even begin to see what we wanted to would be the private tour, and our research led us to this VIP tour. And we are so glad it did!
Our wonderful driver was right on time at the port holding a sign with my name on it, and gave us a great overview of Rome as we traveled into the city. Once there, we met Nicola, who saw to it that our time in this spectacular city was one of the best days of our lives. He not only showed us all of the typical Rome highlights in first class fashion, but also some unexpected treats that made us feel like locals. His English was absolutely perfect and we all felt like we were being shown around by a friend who had known us for years and knew exactly how to tailor our visit. Although it takes many tourists weeks to see what we saw in one day, we never felt rushed or over-exerted.
I hope to make it back to Rome some day , and when I do I will not hesitate to book Nic so I can continue my journey through this beautiful city the right way.

We first met Nicola Di Cesare as an Uber Rome driver. Our party was 5 adults and 2 small children. We used Uber many times while in Rome. Of all the drivers, Mr. Di Cesare was the BEST. It was a routine pickup from a pizzeria to the Colosseum. Along the way, he pointed out landmarks, engaged in very friendly conversation, and gave tips on how to bypass long lines at attractions! My wife and I had been before, so we already knew some of them. But to have a driver not take advantage of tourists speaks volumes about his honesty. Toward the end of the ride, Mr. Di Cesare gave us his card and offered to drive us from our hotel to the airport for a very reasonable rate. No pushy sales pitch, just a simple "you never know" were his words. He dropped us off and we parted ways. But he made such an impact on us (we'd had some TERRIBLE Uber drivers during the trip), that we decided to call and hire him for the airport ride.
Sure enough, he arrived right on time and gave us a very smooth, fact-filled ride to airport. If a simple ride could be that enjoyable, I can only imagine how awesome his tours must be.
If we have friends who are going to Rome in the future, I will definitely send them Mr. Di Cesare's way. I know that they will be in great hands.

my wife and I are taking a Cruise and will be in Rome August 17 from 7 am to 7 pm. It looks like you tour covers most of what we want to see. how long does the tour last and do we pay you now of upon arrival.

The private tour is from 7:30am to 5:30pm (under the ship). You can add extra hours if you like but we suggest you to get back to the ship not later than 5:30p. You can pay everything cash at the end of the tour directly to you tour guide or driver. We only need you to book the tour from our website using a credit card. We will NOT use your card for any payment but only to confirm your reservation.
