Description:

We organize Cooking Classes in Rome, and Cooking Classes, Wine and Oil...

We organize Cooking Classes in Rome, and Cooking Classes, Wine and Oil tasting in Umbria. In the cooking lesson, all the ingredients come directly from the producers, we do not use commercial food, and we tell our "students" the history of the ingredients and producers. Our idea comes from a great passion in researching high quality products of the Italian cusine by visiting and talking to producers all over the Country. Our greatest desire is now to share the traditions of our Country with visitors: by telling them, but particularly by actually living the experience making tourists immerse themselves as much as possible in the true Italian daily life and in a family environment. An experience that people can bring home in their "personal baggage"!

What a wonderful fun day we spent with Anna, Marco and Roberto from picking us up at the train station which was wonderful to not have to pay for a taxi! They greeted us on a rainy day with umbrellas and cheerful smiles and we felt welcome in their home. They taught us about olive oil and pasta from scratch... More

Wonderful day spent with the three wonderful members of this team. Although we had wanted to have this experience we expected we would not be able to fully participate because one of us has a gluten allergy and of course pasta dishes would be out. However Anna arranged for us to have a menu based on rice (risotto) meat and... More

I do not write a review on trip advisory but this cooking class is amazingly perfectly brilliant that I have to write a review. Anna, Roberto and Marco...wow, how can I say, they are so friendly, funny and they are serious about the cooking . We had the best 5-6 hours at their beautiful house, heaps of laugh, heaps of... My wife and I just finished our visit with Anna, Marco, and Roberto. The experience was simply amazing and it was one of the funnest experiences we could ask for during our short 5 day visit to Rome. Marco picked us up from the train station and took us to Anna's parents home nearby which was a gorgeous home. We... More

My wife and I spent the day with Anna, Roberto, and Marco and had a great time. We learned a ton about home cooking in Italy. We walked out stuffed and happy. I would highly recommend this activity while you are in Rome or the surrounding areas.

Wow! Anna, Roberto, and Marco completely exceeded my expectations! They were so fun to be with. They put us at ease quickly, and we were laughing from the time we arrived till the time we left. We learned so much about coffee, food, wine, and Italian life. Their home is beautiful and a relief from the shops and streets of... More

We had so much fun with our hosts. They were so welcoming and hilarious. Totally worth the money and the time spent. I was skeptical because we only have a few days in Rome and there is so much to see, but it was a total blast!! Oh, and don't eat breakfast or supper the night before for that matter...we... More

An amazing experience of culture and food. I do not normally post on trip advisor but this activity (experience), needs to be shared. Anna, Marco, and Roberto are all extremely friendly and very warming! We started with coffee, made more food than you could possibly eat, drank wine and shared stories. Brilliant.
