THE VATICAN CITY tour was special. WE BOOKED THE TOUR with the cruise line and were very happy. a lot of people, but not rushed. IT WAS A SMALL GROUP WITH The Colosseum and just awesome. DO NOT MISS IT.

Rome in July is getting too crowded. Everywhere there are tours there are too many people, somewhat spoiling the pleasure of seeing one of the greatest cities in the world. That said, it is still worth the effort to visit.
