We had a fabulous tour and visit of the Vatican lead by Eliza Taddei - she was wonderful! Very knowledgeable - kind and caring! If you are going to Rome, I would highly recommend you use tour company Eyes of Rome and ask for guide Eliza Taddei!

I would never use Viator tours again. We booked a tour to see the leaning tower of Pisa and other tour stops. My wife who is disable can not walk fast and was assured it would not be a problem, however at every stop the tour guide took off fast and left us so far behind we didn't even know where he went. On two of the stops we never saw the attractions. I explained to the tour guide he was going to fast and said he would slow down [there were other senors who also fell back] but he never did. Even at the last stop [leaning tower of Pisa] he went so fast we had to find it ourselves. When I wrote to Viator about the insensitivity to not only seniors but to disable people and we did not get what we paid for and should be refunded they sided with the tour company and denied our request. While I could go on, I won't. They advertise refunds but don't believe it. If you are a senior and/or disable don't expect any accommodations because they don't care about you…

Gwen and July were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various tours available! I recommend Viator highly! Thank you for making our trip to Rome truly unforgettable :)…

We took this tour last Tuesday and found it a very good experience. David was an excellent guide who shared his extensive knowledge in a very interesting manner. In particular, we enjoyed the information he gave about the life and work of Michelangelo. He was able to move the group along quite smoothly in the crowded areas, and the size of the group was manageable. Being older, we did find the 3 hrs fairly tiring, but a good way to see it all and well worth it.…

I don't normally write reviews but I really want to give a shout out to Viator. We recently had a medical situation on our trip to Italy and had to return to the US early. We had booked numerous Viator tours and, just as their ads said, they immediately refunded our money with no problems. I wouldn't hesitate to book tours with them…
