Great coffee, rude staff.
Drinking your coffee at a table costs EUR 5,00 more. Aside the amount, this was not told to us at the counter. We assumed we could just pick a table. Staff loudly, unfriendly, removed us from the table.

I have been going there for 40 years. Once upon a time it was fabulous, absolutely the best cappucino in the world. Alas NO MORE . The place is overcrowded and rude. There is a line for a table. The cappucino is more watery than before and they don't even speinkle a bit of chocolate on top. Everything is about $$$ and living of the once deserved reputation. They also obviously do not want you to use the bathroom - since they close it off often and it takes 30 mimutes to clean by slow motion. The ownership has obviously changed for the worse. Never again!!!

It was not the first time we had gone here but we hadn’t been here since covid. The quality had suffered. It might be under a new owner because their once very good coffee seemed watered down. It no longer had the sprinkled chocolate. All the chocolate that was for sale in the store was over priced. It was full and service was bad. There was also a very long line to the one small restroom which was unisex. We would not return again.

I was excited to learn best coffee shop in Rome was close to my hotel. January 15 morning I went there. Nice shop, I ordered a doppio (double expresso) at the bar.
A very tasteless gray colored foamy hot water came. it wasn't even brown coffee color!
I left with disappointment, Even Auto-grill in airport was better than that.

Wandering around between The Pantheon and Piazza Navone, we came upon this gem of a place. Delicious coffee desserts. Wonderful coffee gifts for the travelers. Recommend the granitas and mousse. Best coffee!

We've been told it's the best coffee in Rome and it's NOT! Waiter with zero patience, dry tart, poor millefeuilles, cold coffee... it was a bad experience. It is a tourist trap. I will mot come again

Stopped over here after reading the trip advisor reviews about the amazing coffee. I love coffee and try it in as many new places as I can, the coffee here was average, nothing special. But what made me give this a one star was the rudeness of the ?manager?/guy ebbing the counter. Refused to acknowledge us when we spoke to him initially, and only shrugged his shoulders when I asked him explain what was in their 'special coffees', as the menu was in italian. There was only one other customer present so he couldn't even use 'busy' as an excuse for his rudeness. Anyways, avoid this place, there are much better ones out there!

Behind Panthéon don't miss to drink on Piazza Sant 'Eustacchio an excellent coffee or cappucciono with panna. here it's a must for locals to meet and have a good coffee; great ambiance in the evening, welcome and friendly service.

Ok, made an effort to find this place on recommendation, the coffee ? Good to taste, but at €5.40 for an espresso with an inch of foam on top? Overpriced....
location , round the corner from the Pantheon, 5 tables on a busy street, cars constantly driving past...

This coffee shop has become a destination for tour groups. It is relatively small and it is difficult to accommodate large numbers of people who all arrive at one time. This phenomenon started several years ago and has become increasingly worse. The coffee is wonderful, I just hope you get there at a time when there are not huge crowds of people.
