Cinzia spent 1 full day in Florence with us and 2 half days with us in Rome. It was our first time to Italy, and she came highly recommended by Dario, the owner of Siciclando Bicycle tours. Cinzia was friendly, engaging, energetic, extremely full of information, and entertaining. She showed us the real authentic Italy in these 2 cities. With a wealth of informative dates and times, she shared history in such a fun way! We will never forget our experience with her and now consider her a real friend. She also inspired many great and romantic photo op's which we will treasure forever. She was so perceptive about what we would like to see and paced her efforts to our tastes extremely well! When we are lucky enough to return to Italia, we will definitely be connecting again.

In October 2011 we visited Italy, spending three days in Rome. It was suggested to us by our travel agent to have a guide while visiting the Vatican and we were hooked up with Cinzia. She is absolutely fabulous. Not only is she filled to the brim with history about the Vatican and Rome itself but her wonderful strong Italian woman personality was a joy. For the three hours we were the focus of her attention. She was a woman on a mission to show us the most in our time there and made it at the same time so fun and entertaining it did not feel like a history lesson. No question went on answered. And she shared a bit of herself as I was interested in the day to day Italian life. In October 2012 we were fortunate to visit Rome and the Vatican for a second time and as luck would have it we ran into her at St. Peter's Basillica. She was kind enough to get us tickets to the General Audience with the Pope for the following day as well as tickets to a special mass that was being held the day after that. I would highly recommend her to anyone, she is just a great lady!

We had a fabulous day with Cinzia! She greeted our group of 8 at the train station and gave us a fabulous taste of Rome, from advising the best sweets to have with our morning cappuccino, to making sure we saw and understood the history of this amazing city. We walked, took city buses, and subway trains. She is an amazing source of information and most importantly - knew how to pick out our interests and personalities to enable us to stay fully engaged for the entire day! We saw churches, fountains, archaeological excavation sites, the oldest Roman Architecture, the Vatican, and more. We had been told to use a guide to see major attraction sites such as the Vatican. We had no idea how important that really was to avoid line ups and to see several non public places. We happen to be at the Vatican on an extremely busy day, and we're very thankful for Cinzia's knowledge and ability to negotiate the crowds and step aside at important points to allow for full explanations! She was like an expedition leader helping us ascend Mount Everest in a crowd. She would hold up her arm and call out " My People" and then charge forward. It was awesome and never frustrating. We came away feeling that we had accomplished a major feat as well as really understanding what this magnificent city had to offer. We were also treated with respect and allowed shopping time, bathroom breaks, as well as great suggestions for lunch and Dinner. Thank you Cinzia!! You are Awesome!
