We booked a shared shuttle with The Limo Shuttle company from our hotel in Rome City Centre to Civitavecchia, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. The shuttle arrived on time, and the 50-minute transfer was in a luxurious vehicle that got us to the port safely and with plenty of time to board our cruise. This is the second time we've used their service, and they never disappoint. Highly recommended!

My wife and I with two friends were booked on an Adriatic cruise. We booked a large vehicle to accommodate four of us with a considerable amount of luggage to collect us from Rome airport and convey us to our overnight hotel in Civitaveccia. Upon arrival at the airport late in the evening, as the flight was delayed, our driver was waiting for us. What a relief, such a stressful situation to arrive at a foreign airport and not to be met. An immaculate large Mercedes vehicle with an English speaking driver whisked us in comfort to our hotel. After a ten day cruise we were again met, at a time suggested by NCC to ensure we were in time for our flight to the UK, by our NCC driver and vehicle
to convey us to the airport. NCC Airport were recommended to us by a friend who had used them on previous occasions and found them to provide exemplary service, with which I concur. Fautless in every respect from the services by their offices, their vehicles and their English speaking drivers

We booked a Driver/Guide from the port of Civitavecchia for a full day in Rome. Our driver, Fabio arrived in a spotlessly clean van and had a cooler of ice cold drinks. He was also the first guide we had had on this trip who wore his mask! We could not have been happier with the service we received from Fabio. We are traveling with my 78 year old mother who is not very mobile. It was unbelievable how close he got her to all the major tourist sites including St Peter's Square, the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly and took us the the church of St. Paul outside the wall as a surprise and it was just icing on the cake for a fantastic tour! We would not hesitate to book this company again.

I wrote to you after the hjourney with your driver via email and you never replied. The driver was erratic and constantly looking at his mobile. Then after he took the luggage out of the vehicle and drove off we realised that he had broken the suitcase. He forced the pulley handle down instead of pressing the button. We call Louis Vuitton for a quote and its 400 pounds to repair which we cannot afford so the case is now unuesable because of the damage caused by your driver. And you never replied to our complaint email.

Our pre-booked limo from the airport to our hotel in centre of Rome did not show up, tried the numbers provided including the emergency number and the numbers advertised at the airport but none of them were valid.
Finally had to take a taxi and arrived at our hotel 11:30 pm, an hour and a half later than planned.
Unable to contact them to arrange return (prepaid) limo so had to pay out for another taxi
Information desk at airport and hotel reception also tried the numbers provided and found additional numbers online but were still unable to contact anyone..
Not impressed at all, if pre-booking you transport, would highly recommend using anyone else.

Our party of 6 used NCC Airport this past September for numerous trips to/from the Civitavecchia cruise port and Rome, and for travel within Rome. We couldn't have been happier. The drivers were prompt and courteous, and the vehicles were clean. We highly recommend them and will use them again during our next trip to Italy.

NCC did not disappoint. This is the first time we used them post-Covid, and it's good to see that their service hasn't suffered. We had three trips with them this holiday and the driver was waiting for us on time at the airport/hotel/cruise terminal. I heartily recommend this company.

This is the 2nd time we've used NCC Airport in 5 years. Their professionalism is just as good 5 years later. They send an email the day before with the driver's name, photo, car & mobile number. Slavik was our driver from the airport to our hotel; Claudio was our driver from our hotel to Civitavecchia. Both drivers were very professional, friendly & efficient.

Transfers were good and reliable.
It was easy to arrange a transfer through their online form and we received more details about the pickup the day before. The van was clean and comfortable.
Our first transfer to the Civitavecchia port was smooth, safe, and the driver was friendly. During our second transfer into the city though, our driver was more distracted - e.g. texting on his phone, reading through papers - while driving. We felt a bit less safe here than we did in our first transfer.
However overall they delivered on their services as promised, so we'd recommend.

We had an early flight in Rome after leaving our cruise. I wanted to make sure we made the flight so was willing to pay extra to get there on time. The driver arrived on time. Previous to that they had emailed me his name and picture. I was able to pay with a credit card. Excellent service. Driver didn't speak so not sure if he didn't speak English or was just quiet. Would have like some info about what we were seeing.

The Minivan of our company can fit maximum 8 passengers. In case of larger group, 9 or more passengers, you can reserve multiple minivan. In case of large group is not possible to choose the shared shuttle. Only private. Thank you, Luca.

Does anyone know if the driver is allow to drive inside the terminal and drop us off where our ship is or does the driver just drop off passengers at the entrance/gate area?
Also, does anyone know what time is the pick up? Do they have a set or block of time?

All our drivers has the pass and badge to enter in the port limited traffic zone. We can pick up or drop off people directly beneath the cruise ship. You can choose Shared or Private Shuttle. You can find all the info on the website.

Either the Shared or Private Shuttle is a door to door service so you can choose your pick up location. We guarantee the pick up in Fiumicino Hotel selecting Fiumicino City and than informing us about the name of the hotel in the booking form.

Where do I meet the NCC driver? The directions say "Door No 1 and Dooor No 2 "Meeting Point NCC". It looks like there are several areas for arrivals though. Thanks!
