This is the 2nd time we've used NCC Airport in 5 years. Their professionalism is just as good 5 years later. They send an email the day before with the driver's name, photo, car & mobile number. Slavik was our driver from the airport to our hotel; Claudio was our driver from our hotel to Civitavecchia. Both drivers were very professional, friendly & efficient.

We had used NCC Airport's service before and used their service again and they did not disappoint! Igor did two FCO to Rome central pick ups for our group of 8 that arrived at separate times. The second pick up arrived later than expected and Igor was there waiting for us at the arrival area. Igor and Luca did a Rome Central to Civitavecchia transfers for our group of 8 to go on our cruise. Igor picked up 6 of us for a transfer from Civitavecchia back to FCO. Very reliable service. I had to make changes to our reservations several times and they were accommodating and came thru with the service! Top notch! You can not go wrong with NCC Airport's service! Thank you Igor and Luca!

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM NCC AIRPORT CARS

My wife and I with two friends were booked on an Adriatic cruise. We booked a large vehicle to accommodate four of us with a considerable amount of luggage to collect us from Rome airport and convey us to our overnight hotel in Civitaveccia. Upon arrival at the airport late in the evening, as the flight was delayed, our driver was waiting for us. What a relief, such a stressful situation to arrive at a foreign airport and not to be met. An immaculate large Mercedes vehicle with an English speaking driver whisked us in comfort to our hotel. After a ten day cruise we were again met, at a time suggested by NCC to ensure we were in time for our flight to the UK, by our NCC driver and vehicle
to convey us to the airport. NCC Airport were recommended to us by a friend who had used them on previous occasions and found them to provide exemplary service, with which I concur. Fautless in every respect from the services by their offices, their vehicles and their English speaking drivers

Great service

NCC did not disappoint. This is the first time we used them post-Covid, and it's good to see that their service hasn't suffered. We had three trips with them this holiday and the driver was waiting for us on time at the airport/hotel/cruise terminal. I heartily recommend this company.

We have used NCC half a dozen times and it has never failed us. There was only one time that the driver was over an hour late in picking up from the hotel to the port and we did not get any texts as it turned out, he did send an email earlier in the morning which I did not bother to check as I would expect a text instead.

Shared Shuttle is the way to go!

We used the SHARED SHUTTLE service 3 times in 10 days and were very pleased! We went from the airport to the city centre, from the city to the cruise port and from the cruise to the airport. Each time, the drivers arrived early and had a sign with our name on it so that we could find them easily. Their driving skills were excellent. I read some horror stories but we experienced none of that! We allowed extra time to others to be picked up and it wasn’t needed. The price was way better than private transfers and we didn’t need to navigate lugging our luggage through a train station. I have already recommended them to friends and would definitely book them again while in Rome.

Rubbish company. your driver broke our suitcase and you never replied to us

I wrote to you after the hjourney with your driver via email and you never replied. The driver was erratic and constantly looking at his mobile. Then after he took the luggage out of the vehicle and drove off we realised that he had broken the suitcase. He forced the pulley handle down instead of pressing the button. We call Louis Vuitton for a quote and its 400 pounds to repair which we cannot afford so the case is now unuesable because of the damage caused by your driver. And you never replied to our complaint email.

Great Service by NCC Airport

Our party of 6 used NCC Airport this past September for numerous trips to/from the Civitavecchia cruise port and Rome, and for travel within Rome. We couldn't have been happier. The drivers were prompt and courteous, and the vehicles were clean. We highly recommend them and will use them again during our next trip to Italy.

From Cruise port to Airport… seamless experience
Our driver, Slavik was on time, polite, helpful and friendly… the vehicle was spotless. Everything you want in a Shuttle service. I would definitely use this service again! All communications were clear and payment options were easy. I especially liked that an email was sent with the drivers name and photo as well as the vehicle description. I would say the company went above and beyond in this respect. I felt that they valued the customer’s sense of security above all else.
