I lived nearby this deli for months and love their different cheeses and meats. Great place to grab a pannini during lunch time. They are a little more expensive than the supermarket but the products are specialized from Calabria. Pretty neat during the holidays when they bring in traditional wines, chocolate, etc. From Calabria which you will not find in other stores in the area.

We've visited this shop during two of our trips in Rome, and it's been a favourite of a friend who has lived in Monti years ago. It's good but not especially good, but I had to mention it because I bought some of the best anchovies ever there. They were packed with chili flakes and salt and were the heart and soul of many antipastis back home.

Very good panini, great prices and super friendly. When we needed a sandwich for a snack or a picky eater, we headed here.

Excellent little deli/food stop that we visited during our Italy trip in March 2022. It has homemade food from Calabria as well as a selection of wine. The woman working there was very kind and extremely generous with her samples of salami, pepperoni, parmesan, bread, and so much more. The food was unbelievably good. I bought a fruit cake (embarrassingly, I can’t remember the proper name of it, but it had raisins and the bread was to die for) and salami and both were great - they even lasted the plane ride home!
Definitely recommend- pop in for samples at least!

We recently rented an apartment on Via dei Serpenti and were happy with the ingredients and foods found at Delizie di Calabria.

Here you can find nice pasta, plenty of pasta sauces and other ingredients for preparing your own cooked meals. We found their nduja spread and freshly made pesto sauce to be very good quality. Several pecorino and other cheese varieties and fair charcuterie selections, fresh truffle in stock as well for those interested. Fair wine selection, soft drinks, beer, pre-packaged salads, paninis and desserts were available as well.

It is nice having places like Delizie di Calabria available when you want to prepare and cook a bit during your visit to Rome. We would make additional visits here if we were to stay in this area of the city again.
