Absolutely gorgeous sculpture. If artwork is your interest this is really a can't miss, the details are amazing. The chapel it's in is lovely too.

Lovely church but the ecstasy is currently being refurbished so you might want to give it a miss. Definitely want to go back though.

a sculptural masterpiece by Bernini ho was the leading scuptor of that time, the white marble statue is truly captivating with the expresssions so well carved out on the face of the figurines.

This externally unprepossessing chiesa is stunning inside. The sculpture of Saint Theresa in Ecstasy by Gian Lorenzo Bernini is breath taking.

This statue is in a church that is a bit out of the way. But absolutely worth the effort to get to see it. Even the teenagers were impressed (especially because we had made them watch the movie "Angels and Demons".

they have a website with the hours....they are closed every day from 12-3:30....open 8:30 close at 6
