Extremely late picking us up when we arrived which was annoying but even worse they were over an hour late to pick us up to return home... we were lucky we didn't miss our flight! The ticket said 7:25am and when we arrived at meeting point we were told by the transport info lady that she had no idea why... More

The woman was disgustingly rude. We booked tickets online and had our reservation numbers ready to show. She said it wasnt acceptable and we had to print tickets or buy more. Very rude sent my husband down the road to a place that was closed to print. Tried explaining.. but extremely rude to the max. Made us get another ticket... More

Unorganised, rude, horrible, appalling service! For airport connection from termini to Ciampino, use "Schiaffini romeairportbus.com". Being an airport connection service, you'd think punctuality is a priority... apparently not!?! There was a 75 minute gap between services- in the middle of the day I might add! We waited in a half hour queue in the hope of just getting some info... More

We booked tickets online for a bus from Rome Termini to Ciampino Airport. It never came. When the bus was already about 10 minutes late a staff member (not sure if she was from Termini or Terravision) appeared to tell the waiting crowd that the bus was cancelled and the next one was in an hour. She said that we... More

Booked our transfers online for our weekend trip to Rome, booking was very easy and straight forward, also very cheap. €16 return for the 2 of us. That's where all the good points stop! We had booked the 11.05 bus and managed to get to the queue for 10.10, and were told we could get the 10.15 bus. This bus... More

We arrived to find that next 2 buses had been cancelled. When I asked the staff at the airport what was going on, they were very rude and told me there were no more tickets. When I told them I already had a ticket, they just shrugged and pointed to when the next business was coming, which was in an... More

I purchased tickets online for a bus from Rome Termini to the airport, only to discover that I needed a printed ticket. Emailed terravision for ideas about how to print out the ticket, with no reply, so went to Termini the day prior to our departure and asked several people where the Terravision bus is, and was eventually pointed in... Staying in Piazza Venezia / Ancient City

Neighborhood Profile
Piazza Venezia / Ancient City
If all roads lead to Rome, then they all end here. Piazza Venezia and the Ancient City are the very epicenter of the Eternal City. Within a 360-degree turn, Roman history unrolls in front of you, from its ancient beginnings to its 21st century transformations. Whether it’s those historical playgrounds known as the Roman and Imperial Forums, or the side-street shops, trattorie, and churches, this neighborhood packs a cultural punch and then some. Screaming scooters, battling buses, crazy cars, and lots of foot traffic converge in the area all day long. By dusk, a different vibe emerges as the neighborhood quiets down. Don't be surprised if you find yourself passing through the Piazza Venezia at least once a day, since it’s the most direct way to get from one side of town to another.
