Better than the da Vinci Express
Much better than Leonardo da Vinci Express. Guaranteed a seat, ok AC, drives faster than the 79 km/h the train did going in. And less half the price!

i bought 2 tickets from booking to ciampino airport when i arrived at the departure point and showed the booking to a female clerk she kept asking me for the qr code. but my ticket didn't have it but it had confirmation number and pin number. Luckily for us the other employee LEX luckily he was also there helped us and told us where to print our ticket. Thank you very much LEX.. If we delayed a little longer there was a risk of missing our flight. Please let the company better inform its employees and not inconvenience us

Easy, cheap, reliable, comfortable transportation to FIUMICINO
Easy and cheap transportation to FIUMICINO airport from Roma Termini. (6-7 Euros vs 27+ Euros for the 30-min train). 50 minutes to airport in early afternoon on a Sunday (but make time for traffic, just in case). Arrive 20-25 minutes before departure to get a non-back of the bus seat.

I made a reservation on the 5:30 a.m. bus from Termini Station to the Rome airport. I made the reservation the day before our flight and had no problems. I waited that late as I was trying to see if I could take a train to the airport instead, but the timing didn't work out. The advantage of the train would have been that you have assigned seats and relatively orderly boarding.

The bus stop for this shuttle at Termini is about 300 meters back on the right side as you face the station. They have a sign. There are at least 2 other shuttle stops in the same general area.

We arrived at about 5:10 a.m. There were already about 15 people waiting. The crowd continued to grow. At 5:20 a.m. the bus arrived and there was a general scrum of people trying to board. I was seriously wondering if we'd get on. Given the prevalence of pickpockets around Rome (especially where crowds press together), I'd remove any valuables from your pocket before you prepare to board.

To be fair, there wasn't a lot that the driver and assistants could due to make boarding that much more orderly. A lot of the responsibility falls on the passengers. The staff did make it clear that they would need to check tickets and would give first preference to those who had made reservations online. So I think you can still buy a ticket even at this point, assuming there is any space left. On our bus, it appeared completely full. We did manage to board after storing our bags in the luggage space they made available on the exterior side of the bus.

After that, it was great. The bus left on time at 5:30 a.m., proceeded through relatively light traffic (by Rome standards), and arrived at the airport in about 30 minutes. The estimated travel time had been up to 45 minutes. Disembarking was much more orderly. You are let out at the end of Terminal 3 and there is a walk of maybe 250 meters to the access doors.

This got us to the airport and was pretty cheap too. However, if I were leaving a bit later, I would look into the airport train/shuttle just to avoid some of the stress.

Both rides from and to Fiumicino Airport were on schedule. Staff were most helpful and knowledgeable.
However, before our ride back while trying to get a hold of the PDF document that is actually the ticket I need to get on the bus, I forgot a password to my Terravision account and I asked for the reset password E-mail to be sent. The E-mail has arrived ten hours later which means I wasn't able to get a hold of my ticket that I have already payed for. please, take a look at that.
Everything else was great.

GreT service from directly outside Ciampino airport into Termini ( main train and bus station in Rome). Only takes about 35 minutes.
Low cost, reliable service direct.

Their online booking allows you to book a specific time so you have a guaranteed seat. And says you can use the reservation for any later rides. When we get to the loading platform, there is only one extremely long line. With passengers being loaded on apparently a first come, first serve basis. Our ticket was for the prior day and they would not allow us to board unless we bought a new ticket at a higher price. Contacted customer service after the fact and a week later they said they had a policy which said ticket could be used within a 24 hour period. Which (1) is written no where and (2) we we're within a 24 hour window when we got into that interminable line. The bus was not very clean and was sweltering and over heated. There are numerous other airport bus options which we wish we had taken.

This was our first experience arranging our holiday ourselves, normally do this through a tour operator. We wanted to visit Rome, and it was recommended online to use Terravision for the transfer to Termini Station. Booking was simple, the bus was on time, both directions, and was value for money. Would recommend.

Used Terravision to get from Fumincino Airport to Rome Termini on 4th April which we found very easy & reasonable price. Unfortunately my husband left his backpack on the luggage rack & did not realise until we got to hotel. We went back to Termini but office was closed. Went back next morning to ask if the backpack had been handed in & was told by a conductor that it had not. I asked if the driver checked the bus after each journey & was told he did. I told her that if he had in fact checked the bus he would have found it. When I made my original review of this incident Terravision contacted me asking for various details which I gave by return e.mail. That was 12th April & despite sending at least 3 e.mails they have not answered any of them. Terravision Customer Services seems to be non-existent! Warning - don’t leave any belongings on a Terravision bus!!

We used transfer from Roma Termini to Ciampino Airport. It cost 6€ per person one way, but it is cheaper if you need to return- then it is better to buy both transfer and return tickets in advance. Bus was comfortable with AC, transfer was fast- we arrived to airport almost 10minutes earlier than it is advertised in Terravision page.

I am using Terravision bus service for the first time and can say that everything was perfect. The bus was right on time as per the schedule on Fiumicino Airport. Getting on board was smooth and fast, the personal is very polite and friendly and we get to Roma Termini Station in 30 minutes. Above all, you are getting express shuttle from the airport to the center for €6, which is a lot cheaper than Leonardo express train which cost €14. BTW, regular train cost €8, but travel time is 1h 30min. I highly recommend Terravision and will use them again.

This is the company which employ the most rude and disrespectful employees I have ever seen. A woman works at Termini Station in Rome. I don't know how the company selects employees. When we bought our tickets online, we chose the wrong date. That woman said we had to change it. We tried to change it on the website as she said but we couldn't do it and asked the woman for help. We had to catch our plane but she never wanted to help us. Later, after we changed our date, we tried to show our tickets to get on the next bus but she ignored us and tried not to let us to take the bus. She swore and gave the finger us. She was the rudest and most unqualified person I have ever seen. If you don't want to deal with someone like this, don't choose this company.

Upon arrival at Fiumicino Airport we had to wait for 90 minutes for the bus to Roma Termini and catch the third available bus, even though we booked the correct bus based on our arrival/exit the terminal. This was caused by the overbookings and not having enough bus services to comply with the high demand. On our return to Fiumicino Airport from Roma Termini at 04:00, my children had to endure the pushing and shouting of all the people trying to get onboard, again due to the overbookings and not having enough bus services to comply with the high demand. Very traumatic experience.
