One of my best experiences in any country

Let me start off by saying that I've been to Rome four times now, so, I've seen a lot of (not all) the sites more than once, and will see them any time I'm in Rome. I've also... read more

Let me start off by saying that I've been to Rome four times now, so, I've seen a lot of (not all) the sites more than once, and will see them any time I'm in Rome. I've also taken cooking classes in other countries (Morocco, for example), and this has to be one of the best experiences I've had anywhere.... More

We did the small group cooking class in the Countryside where we are swept away by Monica to Fabio's apartment in a village about one hour from Rome. As soon as you walk through the door, Monica and Lisa make you feel at home. It is a warm, friendly atmosphere where strangers become friends over wine and food. There was... More

Your pasta class was a highlight of our trip to Rome! Our family had so much fun rolling out pasta all the way into the street out front. The children mention it as one of their favorite times. Thank you for a fun evening and for inspiring us to try making pasta ourselves at home. We won't forget it!

I had a wonderful day. We started in the morning at the market, buying fresh and good ingredients for our cooking class. We went to our Pasta class, we prepared a delicious meal for about 5-6 hours, we had wine, we had a lovely meal. It was an amazing, fun and delicious day. Thank you!!!

We took the cooking class at a small Medieval village outside of Rome. The chef is very nice and professional. She took us to the butcher shop, then we continued to two other small shops in this small charming village for fruits and vegetables and some groceries. The cooking is in a private house, great ambiance and nice view from... More

From picking out ingredients at the market and discovering the art of cooking to creating our own noodles and sharing in the completed meal together, this cooking class was filled with flavor. Chef Federico sprinkled in humor and mixed in fun to make this class worthwhile. To be in a beautiful setting in Rome, Italy while learning about cooking added... More

We had a great day cooking with Monica. My daughter and I were picked up from our hotel and driven an hour out of rome to Mazzano. We shopped and cooked. Even though I do a lot of cooking at home and am Italian I still learnt a lot. My 14 year old daughter was whipping up gnocchi and tiramisu.... More

For someone like me that doesn't like to cook, Fabiolous Cooking Day was one of rare days that I loved cooking. I can not stop talking to my friends about how we made fresh Pasta and fresh sauces. It tasted delicious and it was s much fun to make. The chefs and staff were extremely friendly that the day passed... More

I'm not even sure where to begin this review other than to say, this class was excellent!!! Having just turned 50 I wanted to take two things off my bucket list, a trip to Italy and learning to make pasta in Rome. I love to cook but never made pasta from scratch. I did my research as I wanted a... More
