Whilst visiting Rome we took this cooking tour and can only highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to do any cooking classes in Rome. The chef and his helper were polite, professional and entertaining. The chef was flexible in items to be cooked to cater for persons individual needs and dietary needs. I attended the cooking class with Chef Monica on Thursday in Rome. Although I was looking forward to it, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The quality of the food and the kitchen environment was second to none. Monica ensured the group had fun and everyone got involved. It was a perfect combination of learning new skills without overloading us... More

My husband and I were interested in trying a cooking class in Rome for our European honeymoon, as we like to cook together. This class did not disappoint! We were taken to the beautiful, small town of Mezzano Romano by our amazing chef, Francesco, and four other guests. As a group, we visited local markets to purchase our ingredients before... More

At the last minute yesterday we decided to take this cooking class and were lucky enough to get in. It was amazing from the minute we walked with the open market, to the cheese and meat shop to the butcher to buy the things needed to make the meal. We traveled back to the loft and dug into prep and... More

My friend and I traveled with our 13 year old daughters. This couldn't have been a more beautiful day. The girls were included each step of the way. The shopping in the local markets was a perfect way to begin. The home where we cooked was unbelievable! Everyone had a hands on opportunity to learn. The day went by so... More

Picked up by Francesco and driven with 5 other ladies to a lovely village about 45mins from Rome. Awful roads! Then a little walk around the village to buy the food and then off to cook it. Busy morning chopping, preparing and cooking with a fair amount of time making pasta. The end results were all delicious as we got... More

My family (including two teenagers) participated in a Rome food walking tour with Fabio and his lovely employee. We worked our way through Trastevere and the Jewish Ghetto sampling incredible local meats, bread, pizza, rice balls, and cheese, then the treat of having Fabio cook an amazing pasta dish in one of his penthouse venues overlooking the city. We finished... More

My daughter and I were in Rome last week and the heat and crowds were intense. We decided to try a cooking class spur of the moment and signed up for the one in Mazzano - an hour drive outside of the city center. From the moment we met the Chef who drove us to Mazzano, we knew this was... More

My wife and I had an unbelievable time at this cooking class! We were picked up from our hotel and transported out to the beautiful Roman countryside by our chef. We discussed on the way what we wanted to make that day (he gave us options for each course). We then stopped at a few local shops to pick up... More

This was the best cooking lesson we could dream of! We did the one in the Roman countryside of Mazzano Romano, about 30 min outside of Rome with Chef Francisco. The day starts visiting a local farmers market, butcher and shop. Then prepare to get your hands in the kitchen preparing your 5 course meal! Every step is available on... More

We’re so glad you enjoyed our medieval village cooking class! Here you can experience real Italian life shopping with our chef at a typical market, handpicking fresh ingredients, and cooking together some of the recipes that mark the most authentic culinary traditions. It is a wonderful place to finish the day as friends. More
