    Truly a wonderful Hammam experience in Roma
    Now living in Rome, we wanted to find a relaxing Hammam experience similar to the ones we had a few years ago in Turkey. This was IT!!! A wonderful, relaxing, stress removing acqua experience, with a very professional staff in a quiet and comforting setting. Truly Wonderful way to spend a few hours, and I suggest the range of services. We have already scheduled our next appointment!! Complimenti!! e Grazie!!!

    Your body will thank you!
    After a couple days of sightseeing and walking in Rome this is the perfect way to unwind and reset your body and mind. The staff is professional and kind and the setting is very private and sanitary. We left feeling rejuvenated and ready to get back to take in the rest of the incredible sites of Rome.

    Amazing experience
    Mila and her staff were absolutely wonderful. They took great care of us the whole time. We did the Julius Cesar route and it was wonderful. I’ve never felt so relaxed and clean in my life. Highly recommend, especially if you’re visiting and walking around all day long.

    A wonderful, deeply relaxing beginning to our visit to Rome
    Although this place is off the beaten track, we thoroughly enjoyed the 2.5 hours we spent at the Hamman Templum Salutis. I went for my birthday with my 12 year old daughter, the day after we arrived in Rome. It was the perfect way to relax from the stress of travel preparations and jet lag! Starting with a steam bath and body scrub, followed by a soak in the jacuzzi, and a break for fruit and tea, it ended with an amazing massage. The whole team was so kind and attentive, we felt thoroughly pampered and cared for. Thank you. Don't be put off by the location or interior, this is a completely relaxing experience and sets you up for lots of walking around the city!

Wellness at its best !

It was Friday afternoon, only a few minutes before another long and arduous working week was (finally) coming to and end. I felt really tired, exhausted even, both mentally and physically. My limbs were heavy and I could feel how stiff in my lower back and my neck were.

It suddenly struck me: what I so desperately needed was a good deep tissue massage to put me back on track- It had been so long since I've had one given all the restrictions the covid-19 pandemic brought upon us...

It didn't take many clicks before Google helped me coming across Templus Salutis's website. Just looking at the pictures of the place made me pick up the phone and set an appointment for the very next day !

I decided to "royally" spoil myself... well, maybe I should have should say "imperially", even though the person whose name appears next to the treatment I've chosen never has been king nor emperor, but I'm digressing a bit here...

And boy oh boy was I right to do so ! The whole experience has been absolutely outstanding from the moment I was greeted in until the moment I left the building. I don't believe words can actually do justice to the exquisite sensations and emotions that I felt during the 120+ minutes that the treatment lasted.

Let me finish by expressing my sincere gratitude to the staff. What an excellent team you make !

I hope this review will be helpful to anyone seeking a little "timeout" every now and then from their fast pacing lives. I definitely will repeat. Enjoy !!

Great cultural experience

My husband and I had a great experience! Very different from the usual spa experience in the US. Prepare to wear very small paper panties for both men and women, but the whole 3 hour superior hamman experience is one you will not soon forget. The ladies are very sweet and professional and we came away relaxed and refreshed. Be prepared to hire a taxi back and forth from the city for about 20 euros each way.

Wonderful experience

Absolutely wonderful experience. I have been to various different Hammam around the world, and this was delightful. It's quite small, but you are ensured privacy throughout the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (me not speaking Italian wasn't a hinderance). They went above and beyond to ensure I was able to book in during my short stay in Rome, and were very attentive, ensuring I was happy and comfortable at each stage. The massage at the end was very relaxing and the atmosphere very restorative. I would highly recommend and will return next time I'm in Rome. Also don't be put off by the outside look of the building. The "look" might not be the posh flashy spa type place, but the experience is certainly superior to many of the more "showy" places I have been to.

A great experience!!!

I go to Templum Salutis everytime I visit Rome. I always walk out relaxed, happy and calm. All therapists I had are professional, friendly but discreet and they always ask about your preferences. With very reasonably prices, the place has a feel of an authentic spa and every treatment feels special. Last time i've been there with my fiancé and she was really impressed! It was a wonderful couple experience.
You have to visit this awesome space if you want your trip to Rome to be an unforgettable story!

Relaxing, private, professional

I went here with my best friend after she had 9+ hours of traveling and after I woke up with some aching joints. We chose the Julius Caesar package and both felt so relaxed and pampered. Be prepared to wear paper underwear that does not leave much to the imagination. They take good care to ensure everyone who is in the spa does careful rotations as to not bump anyone into each other. The masseuses were male and female although I’m sure you could ask ahead of time for a preferred gender. The day after the spa my body feels renewed, energized, and my skin feels so soft! The entire staff was very professional and kind and took good care of us. They will even call you a taxi if you need at the end of your visit. Highly recommend for those who need to treat their bodies after long days of walking and sweating.

Genuinely relaxing experience

I have been to bath houses in Greece, Turkey, and now Rome. I must say this is my favorite by far. The staff is very genuine in their interest about your comfort. The place itself is small and well kept. The smallness adds to the comfort in my opinion. I felt very relaxed and cared for when I left. The Hammam itself is a private room so you do not have to deal with a ton of people like at other bathhouses. In Turkey there were crying kids so it was nice not to experience that again. The ladies did a great job of walking you through the process and checking on you. Afterwards I did the spice massage and it felt amazing. Great pressure and technique. Highly recommend this place! Whether you're alone or with your partner you will have a great time.

Best Experience in Rome by far.

Went here today with my mother and I cannot emphasis just how fantastic the whole experience was.
The owner/manager was a wonderful lady who was so professional, attentive, caring and really went above and beyond to make this experience one we will never forget.
The treatments were unique, fantastic and the facilities were out of this world. The attention to detail of the decor and the surroundings made for such an enjoyable experience.
The fruit served to us was beautiful and refreshing and the herbal tea was just what we needed.
The masseurs were extremely good at their job and their techniques were out of this world. I got so relaxed I fell into the most peaceful sleep.
Please do not hesitate to visit here if you are ever in Rome. You will not be disappointed and it is WELL worth the money. I am definitely coming back here when I come back to Rome.
Thank you for the time you gave us, we will not forget this experience.

paradise in Hammam Rome

An extraordinary experience, two hours and a bit more of total relaxation.
Together with my partner we booked the complete Hammam package which is divided as follows: Turkish bath, scrub (fabulous), bath in a Jacuzzi, relaxing moment with herbal tea and finally a nice massage with scented oils.
Absolutely an experience to be repeated, a relaxing place with intimate spaces, cozy and attention to detail. The staff accompanied us at every step with discretion, kindness and professionalism making us feel pampered for the duration of the path.

The most romantic, relaxing and holistic spa

We visited this spa on our last day in Rome before heading for the airport. It was the most perfect ending to our anniversary trip. Mila is so kind, professional and made us feel very welcome. The treatments performed by herself and colleague were absolute luxury and we left so relaxed, we both said the bubble massage was the best massage we have had. This spa is very different to the usual spa experience in the UK, I wish we could have this all over again! If we ever come back to Rome, this will be top of our list to book again. Thank you x
