We booked a family pick up from Milan airport to Bergamo as we had very little time to catch our flight. Our flight was on time and the driver was NOT waiting at the gate, with a sign as agreed. We waited for 30 minutes and talked to all the other drivers waiting at the gate, but none of them was ours. We almost MISSED our flight and on top of that this company doesn’t want to refund our money back.
This is the first time we experience something similar and we travel a lot.
Be careful with them!

Driver was a no-show at airport. Called the driver's phone number provided in Viator message and nobody picked up. Called "My Transfers" and was told the reservation was cancelled and to call Viator. No explanation for the cancellation was given. Reservation was not cancelled in/by Viator.

The flight was slightly delayed and driver didn't show up, marking us as a no show even though he was supposed to track flight. Family with young children left at airport .
Refund refused.
Useless company that act like thieves.
Better to use local taxis which are reliable and much cheaper.

We were looking for a transfer to the coastal community of Marinella.
And this was the perfect one. Very fair crisis. The driver was on time at the airport holding a sign with our name on it.
Our driver Simone was top class.
He was very friendly, dressed, well clean, cut a very nice person.
We arrived on time clean car . we were able to pay ahead with the credit card so there is no issues with the currency
I would highly recommend. We will definitely reach out to them next time or in need of a car service.

Superb service. We left for airport from hotel at 7am. Driver arrived early which was wonderful because I was worried about making our plane on time. I would use again!

We booked a car from Fuimicino to Trestevere however the driver was waiting at terminal 1 and not terminal 3 as requested. So it cost me $5 AUD to phone the office. The driver was nice and apologetic. The car we booked from Trestevere to Ciampiano airport was a taxi without air conditioning and it was hot. It would have been cheaper to just get a taxi 31 euro instead of 60 euro.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY . .......
We were left stranded at Rome Airport after a very long flight from Australia.
The driver wasn't not there in arrival area with our name ...4 of us waiting and checking every drivers signs .....just took the money and didn't turn up very easy money for him ...said he rang my phone but funny I had NO MISSED CALLS
A very disappointing start to our holiday don't be like us ....DONT BOOK WITH THEM

I wish I would have read the reviews of this company before I booked. They were absolutely useless on our recent trip to Rome. They left our family stranded at the Rome airport. We ended up missing our train and having to hire a taxi for our transportation. Please take special notice that they only wait for you for 1 hour after your plane arrives. Not a second longer. If you’re stuck in passport control or with a luggage problem… oh well… they will leave. DO NOT USE! AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR ANY AIRPORT TRANSFERS!

The driver from FCO to our hotel never contacted us using our form of communication. (call or text) Instead, he used WhatsApp of which we did not use. Much to our dismay, we missed our transfer, had to pay for it, then had to pay for an UBER. MyTransfers refused to consider the situation. Beware, site doesn't tell you you must be using WhatsApp. With our transfer back to FCO, the driver was 45 minutes late with no explanation. We did get 20% back for that portion, but that in no means corrected our issue of now being late. Wouldn't recommend MyTransfers to anyone.

landed in Rome fiuminco on time with 4 children, waited over an hour on and off the phone to the office number they provided, kept telling me they are trying to contact the driver but woud not ring me back, everytime i called i was put onto a different person, in the end i was so stressed with my family just wanting to get to our destination i was forced to que for a half an hour for a taxi only to get quoted 120 euro for a 20 minute journey which i had no choice but to take, i spent the rest of my holiday trying to get in contact with someone for a refund but was asked for proof i was at the terminal and call logs ect, also was stressed about whether or not my return transfer would turn up or not it really spoiled my holiday, i have got transfers many times before and if there is any issues the driver would call me directly
