The small square is home to the beautiful and famous Trevi Fountain. Needless to say it is very crowded throughout most of the day. Legend has it that if you throw a coin into the fountain over your shoulder, you will return to Rome. The...More

Always amazed that this huge fountain is nestled in such tiny cobbled streets. Looks fabulous since it’s clean up but as always there are massive crowds . Best time to visit is early morning or late evening.

Yes, it will be crowded, so don't try to view this just before or after dinner. We found odd hours (early am and late night) to be great! Watch for pick pockets!

Such a beautiful place. There were a billion (or maybe more) people there. But we still enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful fountain, much bigger than I pictured it to be and amazing . So packed full of tourists it is hard to get around it and appreciate it properly. Must visit though. Alot of street sellers trying to sell you their wares.

You must go here if you are in Rome. It is amazing. Make sure you toss a coin in the fountain so you have a good chance to return to Italy.

You can’t go to Rome and not come here, its busy and you gave the annoying street sellers but the Trevi Fountain is beautiful. We visited once at night and once during the day as it was 5 mins from our hotel.

A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is
all about action. From early morning through the wee
hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a
never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or
take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming
gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of
hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle
are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you

There a many interesting things to see at night in Rome. Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. Any of the outdoor sights are well lit and busy at night.
